A huge Flat with 4 large bedrooms (for maximum 8 people), 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a spacious lounge / dining room of 25m2 with a sofa bed and a table expandable to 10 seats, an open design kitchen to the dining room, a balcony and a large sun terrace of 45m2 ideal for lazing in the sun or diner under the stars. Fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hob. A bathroom for your comfort. Oak flooring in all living areas and ceiling vaults Catalan brick in the living room and kitchen. The terrace is covered with wood Tek and is comfortably furnished with sun bathing chairs. Bed linen and towels are included. Baby games for young children to use and a baby cot extra bed. Apartment full equipped with natural gas for heating and hot water and a washing machine / dryer, a TV and a DVD player. Many restaurants and shops in the area and a big daily market. Metro, buses and taxis. Only three stations from Passeig de Gracia / Plaza Catalunya and 20 minutes from the sea. The Sagrada Familia is only a 10 minutes walk. Large child-friendly apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and has a lot of amenities for families. Our toddler enjoyed the toys, and we appreciated use of the portable crib. The patio in the back was great for lunch and drinks after dinner. We loved our stay! Thank you!

A true Barcelona adventure

Great spot to explore Barcelona! 13 minute walk to both Sagrada Familia and Sant Pau and under 10 minutes to the Metro and buses to get to the rest of the city. Nice, quiet and spacious for our group of 8. Thanks Andry!

Like at home - but in Barcelona

We had a wonderful week in this flat with our friends (7 people): enough space, a wonderful terrasse for some dinner together, a perfect kitchen to cook for all, a nice neighbourhood with a lot of little tapasbars and shops, nearby metrostations to reach the centre and all touristic hotspots and a very nice email-contract to the owner of the flat. Thank you very much!

Good location - check the details

The location was great and the flat was clean. There were some hidden costs to be aware of. if you have a car because there is no parking available. Parking is only for residents. You have to park in a paid parking garage. Our flight got in late and if you have to check in late, there are late fees, must be paid in cash. There are also costs for “tourist fees”, which must be paid in cash. In addition, there were cameras in the bedroom and living room. The cameras were a bit odd, as I have never stayed at a VRBO where the host can be watching what you are doing in the flat.

Gute Familienwohnung

Grosszügige, gut gelegene Wohnung, zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, alles Notwendige steht zur Verfügung. Im Frühjahr wird je nach Temperatur nicht mehr geheizt (allgemein).

alles hat gepasst!

Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und auch eine Anreise um 23.30 Uhr wurde möglich gemacht. Bei Fragen gab es schnell Hilfe. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 6 Erwachsene sehr angenehm gewesen, auch 1-2 Personen mehr sind vermutlich unproblematisch - man muss nur für sich überlegen, ob dann ein Bad reicht.. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Am großen Esstisch kann man wunderbar den Tag gemeinsam beginnen oder ausklingen lassen. Einkäufe lassen sich schnell in der Nähe - auch noch bei der Ankunft spät abends - unproblematisch erledigen und auch die Metro ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem: Barcelona war für uns ein einmaliges Erlebnis und die Wohnung genau die richtige Wahl!

Lovely spacious apartment. Great location

We stayed in this lovely apartment with our three teenage kids over the Easter holidays. It's in a perfect location, the area feels really quiet and friendly, yet really close to the city, you can also easily walk to both Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. Inside is rustic with lots of original features, it's very spacious, yet cosy feeling and having the outdoor area is a real bonus. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Parfait en famille!

L’appartement est très agréable pour une famille. Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 enfants. Spacieux et avec une grande terrasse parfaite pour les enfants. Les deux stations de métro ne sont pas trop loins. La propriétaire est très agréable . Je recommande vivement.

The apartment is definitely located out of the tourist area, which we enjoyed. The location and size of the apartment were the positive things about it. We were a family of 6 and there was adequate room for us. Lots of local markets and restaurants in the area. The apartment and terrace were quite dirty when we arrived. My wife had to wipe everything down. The terrace is tired and the neighbor has a pigeon coop on his terrace, which takes away some of the enjoyment. Would not return to this property.

Tolle autentische Lage mitten im Herzen von Barcelona

Liebevoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung. Ivan hat uns sehr lieb gegrüßt, Tipps gegeben und hat auch in der Woche noch Fragen beantwortet. Für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir uns größere Töpfe und neue Madratzen wünschen.

Nous avons choisi cet appartement de Gracia pour des retrouvailles familiales autour de mon fils et petit fils né à Barcelone. Logement spacieux, déco soignée, tout le nécessaire pour vivre confortablement ces moments conviviaux,et pour bien accueillir un petit enfant. le beau temps nous a aussi permis de profiter de la belle terrasse qui prolonge la salle de séjour. Merci Frédérique pour votre écoute et disponibilité. Merci à Ivan pour son accueil souriant et dévoué. Quartier calme, commerces à proximité, et bien sûr les petites places charmantes de Gracia. Super séjour!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Frédérique!! Nous étions deux familles: 4 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 bébé. Dans l'appartement, on trouve tout adapté pour tout le monde! Perfect apartment for families with children

It was a pleasure to stay in this friendly and nice, clean and very well equipped apartment with huge and spacious rooms and good location. It is excellent for families travelling with little children, you can even find loads of toys, babycook, baby bed, etc. We were very pleased to stay there. The owners are very helpful and avalaible on phone. The location is good, the streets in the neighbourhood are calm, but the public transport is accessable. Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell really in a walking distance and Gracia quarter is also very sparkling and joyful. Thanks for the possibility :) On a passé un tres beau séjour a BCN, grace egalement a ce bel appartement propre et spacieux, bien idéal pour familles avec des petits enfants. L' appartement est tres bien équippé meme pour les bébés. Les propriétaires sont tres gentils et sont disponibles. Location parfaite, Sagrada Familia et Parc Guell sont a une distance a pied, une belle promenade. Environment calme, mais le moyen transport est aussi proche. Quartier Gracia est tres agréable et attirant. Merci pour la possibilité :)

Super vacances !

Nous étions deux couples avec nos 5 enfants (entre 14 et 19 ans). Tout le monde s'y est retrouvé grâce à l'espace de l'appartement, la terrasse, la proximité des lieux de visite, du parking et du métro qui conduit directement à la plage. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Le quartier est typique et très calme, les propriétaires très sympathiques ! Une très très bonne adresse dans une ville fabuleuse !

Séjour en famille

C'est un séjour très agréable que nous avons passé dans cet appartement qui est conforme au descriptif. La terrasse est très appréciable même en février. Nous avons garé notre voiture dans le parking public situé à 500 mètres de l'appartement et donne droit aux parking du même groupe dans tout Barcelone ,ce qui est très pratique. Le contact avec les propriétaires est de toute confiance. Le seul bémol sera le bruit ambiant, mais, on est au centre ville.

Wonderful

We had a great stay at Frederique's beautiful apartment! The space is nicely decorated and had a great layout for our 2 families. The children were thrilled to discover plenty of toys tucked away in the closet, and the grown-ups loved the fantastic kitchen for cooking and the deck for relaxing. The location was convenient and quiet enough -- some city noise as to be expected, but nothing too disturbing. Our hosts were very kind to meet us and give us information about things to do, and were very accommodating to any of our questions/requests. We would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Belle expérience

Très bon séjour à Barcelone. Appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier agréable, à deux pas de la Sagrada et du Parc Güell. La terrasse est un véritable atout, pour le soleil et pour l'espace de jeux qu'elle permet aux enfants. Je recommande cette location.

Nos voyageurs doivent être respectueux de ce quartier authentique qui les accueillent. De nombreuses places et rues pietonnes, marchés couverts, bars et restaurants, espaces de jeux pour enfants. Situé entre la Sagrada Familia et le parc Guell. Metro direct pour le centre ville et la plage. Quartier calme et familial.
