DIRTY, MISLEADING, DANGEROUS

Where to start??? There were absurd hidden fees that we didn’t find out about until this was the only option available for our stay. When we were forced to pay the hidden fees, the listing changed; instead of being an apartment, it was a room for two. We foolishly didn’t realize this change until after we booked. The check in process was a disastrous mess, the other people in the apartment were loud and rude! Some people were banging on our doors. There was screaming at some points. And don’t get me started on the smell. OMG it smelled like a corpse! Seriously do not recommend; this was by far the worst stay experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely revolted by this apartment. RUN!!!

Das Risiko, bei FeWo zu mieten ist mir zu hoch..

Bei Ankunft niemand da, Kontaktperson sprach spanisch und schnell am Handy und teilte mit, dass die Wohnung wegen Verwüsteng durch vorgänger nicht benutzbar sei, stellte indiskutabel Wohnung bereit als Ersatz, für zwei Tage bekamen wir Ersatz, am dritten suchten wir ein Hotel auf eigene Kosten, die Kosten für den dritten Tag würden nur zu zwei Dritteln rückerstattet.

Very close to train and centro

The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. Our hostess was very helpful and communicative. However, the loud noise of music and yelling on the street below lasted each night until 4-5 am. This was a great hindrance to sleeping. In addition, the posting is not clear that this rental has a shared common space with several bedrooms
