Gastgeber wohnt gegenüber. Motorradfahrer sehr laut. Deswegen würden wir das Haus nicht mehr buchen.

Die Gegend ist sehr schön, gute nicht so schwierige Wanderungen möglich. Sehr interessante Dinge zu erfahren und zu besichtigen über den 1.Weltkrieg. Trento toll, Rovereto super altes Städtchen

schönes gemütliches Haus

für 2 Personen läßt das Haus keine Wünsche offen. Man fühlt sich einfach gut aufgehoben. Sie Straße vorm Haus ist wenig befahren, hinter dem Haus ist ein Waldstreifen, wo die Vögel zwitschern.

Accogliente e suggestiva

La casa è molto accogliente, spaziosa, ben organizzata. L'interno presenta molto legno, il che la fa assomigliare ad una vera baita di montagna. E' dotata di tutto il necessario, è come essere a casa propria. La posizione, a due minuti a piedi dal lago, è strategica per gli amanti di passeggiate ed escursioni, che l'altipiano di Lavarone offre in abbondanza. Trovandosi dirimpetto alla strada statale bisogna prestare attenzione nell'attraversarla. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato favoloso!

Tolles Ferienhaus.

Das Haus hat uns ebenso gut gefallen wie die wunderbare Umgebung. Alles tip top sauber und vor allem ausreichend Platz für alle mitgebrachten Utensilien. Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, wenn nötig. Dass das Haus an der Straße liegt, ist nicht wirklich störend. Alles in allem wunderbar. Vielen Dank.

Alles wunderbar, nette Gastgeber, toll eingrichtetes Haus

Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Ausstattung im Haus war toll und hochwertig. Auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Zwei Bäder, tolle Küche und ein Balkon....was will man mehr. Die Gegend ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Im Sommer zum Baden und im Herbst zum Wandern.

Bewertung des Ferienhauses

Ferienhaus ist schön. Allerdings liegt es dicht an der Strasse, was nicht so vorteilhaft ist. Die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Die Kaffeemaschine ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da wir in Deutschland andere gewohnt sind, aber man kann damit leben. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub. MFG Mathias Jungkeit

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette maison, parfaitement située pour découvrir cette région magnifique. À conseiller a tous les amoureux de la nature, de la randonnée et de la nage aussi, car à 10 mn à pied se trouve le très mignon lac de Lavarone où l'on peut se baigner, mais aussi pour les amoureux de la culture avec la magnifique ville de Trente à 1/2 h, ArteSella (incroyable espace naturel de plusieurs hectares avec des œuvres des plus grands artistes de Landart !), des châteaux, des musées, bref un patrimoine riche comme partout ailleurs en Italie ! Quant à la maison, elle est idéalement équipée, rien ne manque dans aucune des pièces, et si vous aimez faire la cuisine vous serez servis il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se préparer de bon plats avec des produits régionaux excellents. La terrasse est ombragée et très agréable, les pièces sont spacieuses et lumineuses et la chambre à l'étage possède un grand lit confortable... Le village possède quelques bonnes tables et nous vous conseillons d'aller boire un spritz sur la terrasse du grand Hôtel, qui domine la vallée avec des couchers de soleil magnifiques !! Si on devait émettre une critique, ce serait la route qui passe juste au pied de la maison et où il y a pas mal de passage en journée, mais le soir il n'y a a plus un bruit et vous ne serez pas dérangés dans votre sommeil ! Dernière précision qui a son importance, les propriétaires habitent juste en face et sont adorables et très disponibles..; nous avons même eu le plaisir de déguster les courgettes et concombres et leur jardin !! Donc nous recommandons cette location.

Schöne Lage, gemütliches Haus, nah zum See, erholsam

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus, in der Küche waren alle Utensilien vorhanden, Terrasse läd zum Verweilen ein. Leider auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich, dass das Haus direkt an der "Hauptstraße" liegt. Trotzdem sehr erholsam und nicht weit zum See sowie zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kleinere Wanderungen sind direkt von der Haustüre aus möglich.

BELLA ACCOGLIENTE PULTA ATTREZZATA

La casetta è come si vede nelle foto, perfettamente descritta. Attrezzata di tutto (veramente tutto !!), ben arredata e funzionale. Noi eravamo due adulti e un bambino ma si sta sicuramente bene anche in 4.... e volendo pure con 3 bimbi considerato che ha 2 bagni. La collocazione lungo la strada la espone durante il giorno ad un po' di rumore (di notte si dorme alla grande) ma vi garantisco che questo piccolissimo deficit è compensato dalla accoglienza, gentilezza e cordialità dei padroni di casa : veramente di altri tempi! Oltre che da un panorama sul lato opposto della casa veramente bello! Parcheggio riservato, wifi perfettamente funzionante ..... Insomma, noi ci torneremo !!

Nice house

Nice comfortable house with a practical kitchen. Very cute kind of mezzanine where the bedroom can be found. The house is located in the part of the town "Chiesa" between the road and the wood. Only a few minutes away on foot, the lake of Lavarone for a pleasant short walk. Really nice area (moutains, gorge...). Stefan's family is very friendly. We had a great time.

Fantastic little place.clean and well equipped.

Great little house. Really cosy and well equipped with everything that you need. The owners are extremely friendly and bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Highly recommended!

che dire se non PERFETTO...io di solito non "perdo tempo" a scrivere recensioni tanto dico sempre a cosa vuoi che serva...poi dopo anni di vacanze a Lavarone mi trovo x caso a fare un paio di notti nella casa del signor Enzo..e credetemi sto ancora cercando qualcosa che non sia stato di mio gradimento..in casa c'è tutto e quando dico tutto non scherzo la pulizia dei vani è a dir poco eccellente il gusto e la qualità degli arredi e' armonico con il contesto montano io che sono falegname non avrei saputo far di meglio,buon posto auto e terrazzo ampio casa ben riscaldata... Grazie ancora sarò di sicuro nuovamente vostro ospite. Tavella Alessandro.

Ottima scelta

Casa ben tenuta, molto accogliente, attrezzata in tutto soprattutto in cucina, arredata con gusto, i proprietari sono molto cordiali e veramente disponibili.Tutti i servizi sono raggiungibili a piedi, il lago è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. La posizione laterale alla strada non crea nessun problema.
