Prima locatie, mooie omgeving.

Fijn appartement op de begane grond. De eigenaren wonen erboven , maar doen echt alle moeite om hun gasten rust en privacy te ervaren. De omgeving is erg mooi en er is veel te doen. Winkels en het prachtige meer van Levico zijn op slechts 7 minuten rijden. minutenrijden.accommodatie acco.

Empfehlenswert

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Spülmaschiene und Klimaanlage wären noch besser gewesen, aber es ging auch ohne. Der Garten ist sehr gross, diesen und den Pool haben meine Kinder ausgiebig benutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns immer geholfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Zu Fuß kann man in direkter Umgebung nicht viel machen (es gibt keine Bürgersteige), aber das Zentrum und die beiden Badeseen sind nur wenige Fahr-Minuten entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Interessante Sachen zu entdecken.(Burgen, Wasserfälle, Gardasee usw.)

Die Beschreibung passt sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Können wir nur empfehlen. La descrizione corrisponde molto bene. L'appartamento era pulito e ben arredato. La padrona di casa è stata gentile e molto disponibile. Possiamo solo raccomandarlo.

Heerlijke vakantie in Villa Irma!

Hebben een week verbleven in deze mooi ingerichte vakantiewoning. Het huis staat in een rustige buitenwijk van Levico Terme, heerlijk vrij en een lekkere grote tuin. Parkeren kan voor de deur, in de tuin. Woning is mooi compleet, alles wat je wilt hebben op een vakantieadres is aanwezig. Wakker worden met uitzicht op de bergen, prachtig toch?! Veel te doen in de omgeving, (berg)wandelen, de meren, mooie steden op enige afstand (Trento, Verona), kastelen, paragliden en wijnproeven ook zo je wilt. Erg vriendelijke en gastvrije verhuurders, hielpen ons met het vinden van wandelroutes en allerlei dingen in de omgeving. Een aanrader als je van een ruime, goed voorziene en rustige vakantiewoning houdt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Alles gut erreichbar.

Sehr ruhig gelegene FeWo mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Großer Garten mit Gartenstühlen und Terrasse. Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie, die im OG wohnt. Die Einrichtung ist bequem und komplett für ungetrübten Urlaudsgenuss.

We had a Great time during our summer holiday in this villa in the beautifull place st. Giuliana, nearby levico. Astonishing surroundings with the mountains and a nice quiet village. Settimana meravigliosa

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo bellissimo appartamento. La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ed immersa nel verde a pochi minuti dal lago e dal centro di Levico. L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il giardino esterno è molto curato e spazioso. L'accoglienza di Maria Cristina e della sua famiglia è stata davvero deliziosa e la loro presenza sempre discreta e molto piacevole. Lo consigliamo a chi vuole passare un periodo di totale relax in un ambiente davvero famigliare! Elena e Luca

Schöne Ferien in heller freundlicher Atmosphäre

Wer in der Gegend von Trento, Pergine und den Seen Caldenazzo und Lagi di Levico und Valsugana seine Ferien verbringen möchte, kann hier prima wohnen. Das Haus, in dem die Ferienwohnung liegt, stimmt mit der Beschreibung im Internet überein, und unser dort gewonnenes Bild wurde bei der Anreise in keinem Punkt enttäuscht. Im Gegenteil – das großzügige Wiesengrundstück, auf dem das Haus steht, wurde von den Kindern zum Spielen und Herumtollen genutzt und wir haben sehr gern auch vor dem Haus im Freien gesessen. Alles ist gepflegt und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und als Gäste gefühlt, denn der Kontakt zur sympathischen Familie der Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett und wir würden beim gleichen Ferienziel gern wiederkommen. Sehr schöne Gegend, die Bade-Seen gleich in der Nähe und kaum überlaufen, reizvolle Auflugsziele, freundliche Menschen – wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.

For a peaceful rural retreat...

We stayed here for 3 weeks or so, this region is one we visit often so the surroundings are familiar to us. The villa is a short drive away from all facilities, Levico town centre and the lake. It is situated in a quiet rural village, with very little to disturb one's holiday and we found it very restful. The host family are friendly and accommodating and we were very comfortable. The accommodation itself is clean and homely, we didn't feel we lacked anything except maybe internet access, which is perhaps more of an issue for the area rather than the house itself? This villa is a good place to use as a base for exploration of the Alto Adige region, it being within an easy drive's reach of the dolomites and the Sud Tirol, with plenty of locally produced cheeses, meats and wines to enjoy!

"We were 4 adults and one baby and the apartment was perfect for us. The bedrooms were of ample size with plenty of storage room, there was a nice sitting area as well as kitchen/dining room and the garden was lovely. The kitchen had fairly basic equipment, but everything you need to make a simple evening meal. The owners and their family were lovely, making us feel very welcome and they were very helpful lending us walking maps and giving us lots of advice on what to do and where to go. The area was fantastic with lots of things to do whether you like culture, outdoor activities or relaxing by the lake."

sehr schön!

Die Lage Wohnung ist ideal für einen Mountainbike oder Rennradurlaub. Das Tal hat viele Strassen und Trail, die man aufgrund der zentralen Lage schnell erreichen kann. Auch zum den Seen ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist hell, gut eingerichtet und man hat einen schönen Blick das Tal entlang. An warmen Tagen läd der sonnige und urige Garten zum Entspannen ein. Wir wurden von Frau Cristina sehr nett empfangen und sorgfältig eingewiesen. Wir würden wieder kommen.
