About this property

Brand new and very welcoming cottage with private swimming pool, situated in a rural area of natural beauty, offering a peaceful and quiet surrounding to enjoy your holidays in complete relaxation and privacy. The house is composed of a large living area, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances and dishwasher, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

The completely independent house is surrounded by a splendid landscape of rocks, trees and Mediterranean bush. The interior is composed of a large bright and nicely furbished living area where you can find a very comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a functional kitchen peninsula, a very cosy sleeping area composed of a main bedroom with a large double bed and a second bedroom with bunk bed (the lower is a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. Outside are a large patio with a gas fueled barbecue, ideal to have an outdoor dinner, enjoying the fresh air of the evening. The swimming pool is 9 x 4.5 m large and is equipped with a salt hydrolysis system which guarantees an efficient water cleaning and filtering. The surrounding area offers the chance for pleasant short excursions and nice relaxing walks. This property is ideal for nature-lovers families who enjoy peaceful holidays.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Grundstück, Pool und Garten sind schön und gepflegt. Alleinlage, sehr ruhig. Elisa beantwortete alle unsere Fragen zügig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Erholung pur

Check-in mit Elisa klappte super, zur Begrüßung war alles Notwendige für das entspannte Ankommen vor Ort (Kaffee, Getränke, Pizza). Die Lage des Hause ist sehr abgelegen, um in die nächsten Städte/Strände zu kommen, fährt man schon mal etwas länger. Aber gerade die Lage ist für Ruhesuchende wie uns perfekt, außer das Klingeln der Glöckchen von den Schafen hat man nichts gehört, halt Erholung pur! Lieben Dank an Elisa für die Gastfreundschaft.

Everything is perfect :-)

Ein wunderbares Domizil, sehr abgeschieden gelegen. Man kann hier wirklich zur Ruhe kommen und sich total in der Sonne ( auch der herbstlichen ) herrlich entspannen und mal wirklich " abhängen". Für Leseratten sehr zu empfehlen. :-) Die schöne, urwüchsige Landschaft Sardinens und die italienische Küche ( gute Restaurants in der Nähe ). machen einen Aufenthalt dort perfekt ! Man sollte aber ein geländegängiges Auto haben, um mobil zu sein. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden und der nächste Ort Nulvi mit Supermarkt ist gut 10 km entfernt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort :-) Grazie mille !

Great retreat

We really enjoyed the fantastic pool and the great garden. Easy and nice communication with the landlady, she is so friendly and supportive. The near town of Castelsardo is definitely worth a visit!
