Holiday home on the outskirts of Almuñécar, in the province of Granada, Andalucia.

This holiday home is set on a hillside; the location guarantees a dreamlike stay, mainly thanks to the spectacular panoramic views that you can enjoy from the pool area. Inside, the comforts of the house provide a welcoming ambience that you and your loved ones can enjoy throughout your stay.

The dining-living room is typical of the Andalusian holiday homes, with warm colours decorating the walls, comfortable sofas, a massive woodburning fireplace, and a dining table. The living room also shares space with an open kitchen. The five guests of this house can sleep in the two bedrooms provided, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed. One bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the house.

The living room and the master bedroom are provided with warm/cool air-con.

The terrace of the holiday home creates a splendid viewpoint where you and your loved ones can rejoice in the quietness of the setting and fall in love with the breathtaking panoramic views. The valley and the Mediterranean Sea provide a fabulous background to have your meals "al fresco".

The pool area is located on an upper level, which is reachable via an outdoor staircase. Once there, you will be welcomed by a spacious terrace with private pool, sun loungers, another dining table and a BBQ. The cherry on top are undoubtedly the fabulous views that you can enjoy from here, too.

The access to the house is possible via a 250-mt steep and curved lane.

Die Unterkunft ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe, ideal zum Entspannen und Auftanken. Besonders gefallen haben mir der Komfort, die Sauberkeit und die herzliche, einladende Atmosphäre. Der Zugang zur Unterkunft mag anfangs etwas umständlich erscheinen, aber nach ein paar Mal Hin- und Herlaufen hat man sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft einer kleinen Familie oder einem Paar, das ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sucht.

Wir waren 3 Personen auf unserer Party und das Haus war mehr als genug für uns mit Klimaanlage, komfortablen Wohnbereichen und einem riesigen Pool, in dem wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Das Anwesen erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen und die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Es ist auch praktisch, nur 10 Autominuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt zu sein, mit vielen Supermärkten, Restaurants, Cafés, Tapas-Bars und einem brillanten Nachtleben. Die Fahrt von der Hauptstraße zum Grundstück kann anfangs etwas beängstigend sein, aber Sie werden sich daran gewöhnen, wenn Sie ein paar Mal damit fahren. Wir freuen uns darauf, am 10.10

Wir waren 3 Personen auf unserer Party und das Haus war mehr als genug für uns mit Klimaanlage, komfortablen Wohnbereichen und einem riesigen Pool, in dem wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Das Anwesen erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen und die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Nachdem ich einige der anderen Bewertungen über den steilen Hang der letzten 250 Meter gelesen hatte, war ich ein wenig besorgt. Es ist jedoch nicht schlecht. Das erste Mal fühlen Sie sich zwar etwas unwohl, aber Sie gewöhnen sich nach einigen Fahrten an die Privatstraße. In Bezug auf die Unterkunft habe ich nichts Erwähnenswertes, was auch sehr subjektiv ist. Einfach und traditionell, aber vollständig und hygienisch.

Jolie location en nid d'aigle (170 mètres) surplombant la vallée et la mer avec deux terrasses agréables et spacieuses, bien ombragées et bien ventilées ce qui permet de supporter aisément les fortes chaleurs de cette très belle et magnifique région. Vue imprenable mais l'accès est très pentu et étroit sur les 250 derniers mètres.Piscine parfaitement entretenue et mobilier d'extérieur complet. Pour le reste l'équipement est correct, pratique et confortable sans être très luxueux. Bonne literie, airco et wifi fonctionnels. Globalement, excellent séjour à recommander.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en het daarbij behorende terras, waar we veel uren zon hebben kunnen pakken. Tevens hebben we genoten van het uitzicht vanaf de berg over de baai van Velilla-Taramay en Almuñécar. De huisbaas en zijn zonen waren uitermate vriendelijk, maar spraken geen Engels. Al met al is het verblijf ons perfect bevallen en hebben we een mooie vakantie gehad! Almuñécar ligt voor ons gevoel nét iets buiten het toeristische gebied, waardoor je vooral veel locals tegenkomt. Het toeristische Nerja en prachtige stranden zijn op acceptabele afstanden geleden. Een uitstapje naar Granada is zeker een aanrader. Topvakantie gehad! Onze dank gaat uit naar de vriendelijke huisbaas en zijn familie!
