This beach front vacation condo is located at The Islander Resort on Holiday Isle in Destin , Florida along the Emerald Coast and only steps away from the pool and private beach access.

Unit 305 is located in the center of their East building which gives a beautiful view of the Emerald green water of the Gulf along with a direct view of the East pool and hot tub. A great location for keeping an eye on your friends and your children.

All the rooms in this unit have been updated with new furniture and artwork as well as new laminate flooring in the bedrooms.

The newly renovated bathrooms includes a walk-in shower in the master bath and a tub in the guest bath. The dining area seats 6 people with additional bar stool seating at the counter. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything needed.

This units coastal decor adds to the ambiance for the perfect beach vacation!

Sleeping accommodations for 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest room along with a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The unit is equipped with 3 flat screen TV’s.

Unit 305 includes beach service including two beach chairs and an umbrella for the duration of your stay.
It is non smoking and pet free

Great, affordable place to stay on the beach

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as advertised. The only downfall of this location is it’s not within walking distance to anything other than the beach. No problem if you’ve got a car, but if you want to experience anything else that Destin has to offer, you will need to drive.

The location of this condo is great with a beautiful view of the ocean. It is spacious and clean, and I appreciate the luggage carriers and shopping carts…makes it easy to bring things to the 3rd floor via elevator. Best of all was the beach service provided by Alan. So friendly and great service! Hope to be back soon

The only complaint we had this year was that the pickle ball courts were under construction (due to open 3/16) and did not actually open for the kids to play until 3/21. That is one of the highlights for the kids, so this was a big disappointment for them.

The unit was nicely decorated, great ocean view, and had all of the amenities. We also love the two nice swimming pools. The Islander is close to McGuire's Irish Pub , AJ's, and lots of good food. Our overall stay was great, but the King master bedroom mattress was a extremely firm, would suggest a mattress topper to soften it. We do love the Islander, nice and quiet, and very friendly staff. We love the location and will be back.

Unit was very pleasant and clean, though the main TV was not working and was not fixed during our stay. Tennis courts were closed due to damage in last's years hurricane and this was not disclosed on the website. Loud music by the pool from 10 to 10pm on weekend reverberated across the resort.

If you are a smoker I recommend being on the 1st floor as you have to go outside to the designated smoking areas to smoke. Not far from the beach. Great view. I did have the chance to see other units and I will say 305 East was better maintained than the others. The other wasn’t bad it just wasn’t my style. It was a great space for my husband and I and out 3 adult kids. We brought an air mattress for my 19 year old son. We opted out of using the sofa bed.
