Holiday home in beautiful nature between the mighty Stad peninsula and the ocean in the west. Final cleaning included. The living room has RiksTV with Norwegian/Nordic TV channels and Astra1 for German/European channels. Internet for surfing. 2 folding single beds in each bedroom. Separate entrance to room for drying fishing clothes and storage of fishing equipment in the basement/downstairs. 20 meters to the pier. The island of Barmen, with its 25 inhabitants, has short distances from an ocean rich in fish to great hiking/hunting terrain and fishing lakes in the mountains. In the lake Fjellvannet, there is a lot of nice trout of approx. 300 g. There are 10-12 ferry departures to the mainland every day, the ferry ride takes 10 min. With the 21-foot rental boat, it takes 15 minutes to the shop in Selje. Within an hour's drive + ferry you will find attractions such as the monastery in Selje and the legend of St. Sunniva, Norway's finest beaches like Refviksanden, the famous surfing resort Hoddevik, the wild nature at Kråkenes lighthouse, Vestkapp, and Måløy with its small-town charm. Covered filleting area for fish with running water and light by the boathouse, 25 meters from the holiday home. Marina, 50 m. Boats for rent: 1x 21 foot Øien with 60 HP Suzuki, 8 pole holders, GPS / chart plotter / echo sounder. 1x 17 (16.5) feet Hansvik with 30 HP Honda, echo sounder. NB: 17 feet boat is not available season 2023 or 2024. The landlord prefers that guests rent minimum one boat. Life jackets are included in the boat rental.
