About this property

This beachfront condo on the sixth floor has a front and center gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 604 accommodates up to six people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The sofa sleeper/loveseat is new in January 2023. There are three TV’s in the unit, one 55” smart Roku TV with a blue ray disc player and two 50” Smart TV’s in the bedrooms.

The condo is decorated in coastal style. It has tile throughout. The master bath has a walk-in shower with a double sink vanity and comfort toilet.

There is complimentary beach service which is an umbrella and two beach chairs. Included is a VIP card which gives you savings for golf, fishing, amusement parks, watercraft and sports rental, restaurants and more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at The Islander Unit 604! The place was clean and well stocked. The location is wonderful. Minutes from Target, Big Kahunas, and plenty of restaurants. The only downside was not having a washer/dryer in the unit but there is a coin laundry on site if necessary. We will definitely book here again next time we’re visiting Destin!
