"Gone to the beach"... That's what your voicemail should say when you relax in this cozy Islander condo 715. This enchanting condo will mesmerize you with its panoramic views of the harbor and ocean. Just a few steps from the beach so you can dip your toes in the white sands of Destin. This condo will give you the perfect view of the sun setting on the water. Unit 715 is recently updated with new paint, furniture, mattresses and beach decor. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a 19"LCD TV. The Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and a 19" LCD TV. The living room has a 32" TV and DVD player. You're going to be on beach time, so relax, bring your sunscreen and soak up the sun in this beautiful condo. Remember unit 715 is the dream!!

Enjoyed our time here

We enjoyed our stay here at the 715. Instructions were clear and check in was smooth. The place was clean and the plumbing was great. The towels and extra towels were useful. The AC was working well. Thank you.

They could do better

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 2nd time staying at the Islander and this time I was very disappointed not at the condo we were staying at but at the management. We were there for a week and the whole time there they only had 1 working elevator and on Sunday when we were leaving the second elevator stopped working as well so we had to get all of our belongings down the stairs multiple trips from the 7th floor while traveling with our elderly moms and two small children. I told the lady at the reception the day before we left the elevator was acting up because it kept opening and closing the door and her reply was “oh is that what it’s doing” I mean you would think for over a week they would have fixed the broken elevator and not have people wait forever for that ONE elevator which was working overtime that it broke. There are handicapped people at that place and cleaning services what are they supposed to do. I honestly don’t think I want to stay at a place that can’t have a working elevator. Our condo was in a great shape there were few things broken when we arrived but it didn’t bothered me as much as the lack of caring from the staff. For the amount of money we are paying you would think they would be on top of it. If you’re traveling with small kids and or elderly I would seriously think twice about staying here.

Amazing condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 715 was the PERFECT space for our family of 5. The space was clean, everything we could have needed for a week was there, and the staff at the front desk were so helpful. The views from this unit are gorgeous. We were trying to decide between the east tower and west tower, and hands down the west tower is the way to go for the views. Towel exchange was great to have a couple times a week and beach service was the best. We even got to paddle board out with dolphins one day. The beach and jetty with the boats coming and going was magical. Loved everything.

Great spot in Destin

The property's location was great. The private beach entrance was very nice. We enjoyed the beach chairs that were included in our stay. Overall it was an awesome stay. Would definitely recommend!
