Comb. Limones y Naranjos Órgiva by Ruralidays

Holiday villa located in Orgiva, province of Granada, Andalucia.

This holiday villa is the combination of two houses, which can accommodate up to 5 people each. Both houses are rented out together; in case a group of six people book the villa, both houses will be open. Likewise, in case only one house gets open (for a group of 5 people or less), the other will remain close, to ensure the privacy and the exclusive use of the outdoor area. If a group of 5 people wants to use both houses, they will have to pay the total amount of the combination.

The two houses have the same structure. They are provided with two bedrooms each (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and one bathroom with shower each. Therefore, the whole accommodation relies on four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Moreover, you can add two extra single beds, so that a group of up to 10 people can enjoy their holidays here. The two houses are also equipped with a living area each, which comprises a comfortable dining-living room with a brick fireplace, and a completely equipped open kitchen. Warm/cool air-conditioning is provided in the four bedrooms.

The gorgeous outdoor area is completely fenced so that you won’t have to worry about your children and pet’s safety. The two houses share a perfectly-maintained garden and a spectacular private pool. Lush trees provide comfortable spots in the shadow, ensuring you’ll enjoy the outdoor area even during the warm summer. However, the cherry on the pie of the outdoor is the fabulous hot-water Jacuzzi that can welcome up to 8 people. Poolside sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a barbeque complete the charming facilities of the villa.

Heating the water of the Jacuzzi has an extra cost (available on request) while bringing your pets (1 or 2) to the villa has an extra cleaning cost of €50.

The access to the house, which is provided with a private parking area, is made possible by a 1-km dirt track with curves and slopes, which are typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.

Exactly what we needed

A lovely, quiet location for 4 men on a walking holiday in the area. Comfortable lodgings with a great outdoor area for breakfasts and evenings. After a walk in the surrounding hills it was great to have a dip in the pool followed by a drink in the shaded patio area in the garden.

Beautiful and perfect.

The property was fantastic, had everything you needed. My son particularly enjoyed the outdoor cooking facilities whilst we enjoyed the heated jacuzzi and inviting pool area. We also enjoyed the walk into the town.

Beautiful villa with nice surroundings. Found pool and BBQ area especially special. Good walk into the town but a bit long with a steep hill on the way back. Paking in the villa a bit tricky. Overall great location.

Gracias por su comentario, el cual nos ayuda a mejorar día a día. Igualmente nos gustaría responderle para evitar malentendidos: Acerca del tarro del azúcar, efectivamente encontramos hormigas dentro, problema que hemos solucionado poniendo un azucarero cerrado hermeticamente. Tenga en cuenta que las viviendas están situadas en plena naturaleza y si dejan restos de comida sin limpiar, las hormigas acuden a recogerlos. Espero que hayan disfrutado de su estancia y se lleven un buen recuerdo de sus vacaciones.

La casa e instalaciones muy bien, aunque con ciertos defectos como falta de menaje y cuidado de ciertos detalles, pero en líneas generales muy bien. Los propietarios amables y atendieron cuando se les necesito. Aunque indica que con aparcamiento en la casa, dado los accesos es prácticamente imposible dado que hay que pasar por un pasadizo estrecho y de difícil acceso. La casa no se encuentra aislada, sino rodeada de otras casas, aunque con cierta intimidad. En líneas generales muy bien.

Sehr schöne Häuser, v. a. wenn man mit zwei Familien oder großen Kindern unterwegs ist. Perfekt mit den zwei getrennten Häusern und dem gemeinsamen Pool und dem gemeinsamen Garten. Inneneinrichtung ist rustikal und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für uns hat es super gepasst. Miguel der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage für Ausflüge in die Alhambra und die Alpujarra ist super. In den Ort ist es einen guten Kilometer bergab. Dafür schön ruhig. Der Garten ist traumhaft und v. a. der Whirlpool toll, auch wenn es etwas kühler ist. Mit kleinen Kindern gutzumachen wissen, dass der Zugang zum Pool im hinteren Teil des Gartens mit einem Tor verschlossen werden kann.

Fuimos un grupo de amigos para pasar el puente, y nos encontramos muy cómodos. La casa muy bien equipadas, muy cómodas. El jacuzzi sin duda lo mejor, pese a que el tiempo no acompaño. Cerca del pueblo para ir dando un paseo y con espacio fuera para los coches. Perfecto si quieres ir a regarte, hacer rutas por el pueblo. Miguel, siempre muy atento a todas nuestras dudas.

Dos matrimonios con niños. Dos casas independientes pareadas que comparten la parcela de césped con dos barbacoas y horno de leña. La parcela de la piscina y jacuzzi separada con cancela para mayor tranquilidad si vas con niños. Una gran cama elástica hace las delicias de los niños. A 1km del pueblo se puede ir andando. Si quieres meter el coche dentro de la cancela el acceso es muy estrecho por el callejón.

Muy buena experiencia. Viajamos con mis hijos y sus parejas. Total 3 parejas y un perro. Las casas muy agradables, el jardín y piscina, estupendos. Ya conocíamos la Alpujarra, pero nunca en verano, hemos hecho la ruta del Río Verde en Otivar, muy aconsejable . En Órgiva todo el mundo muy agradable y Miguel el dueño de la casa, también, siempre pendiente.

Estuvimos 6 amigas a pasar un fin de semana, la verdad es que nos hemos ido encantadas , los dueños super amables y serviciales en todo momento. Todo está súper limpio, y los jardines muy bien cuidados . Le comentamos que queríamos el servicio del jacuzzi caliente y cuando entramos estaba súper calentito, incluso de noche te puedes meter y encima al exterior. El entorno es fabuloso también, mucho silencio, en plena naturaleza. Lo recomiendo 100%.
