Wonderful villa with good standard and unashamed location with sea views on Lilla Askerön, in the fjord between Tjörn, Orust and Stenungsund. Several seating areas where you can choose to sit in the shade or follow the path of the sun in the sky. The house houses a large living room and open-plan kitchen and access to the patio. Three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, one with a sofa bed for two and one with single bed. Fully tiled bathroom with washing machine. In the freestanding larger guest house there are another 4 beds in the form of a sofa bed and bunk bed. Perfect for the small family or young people who want to be for themselves. It features both a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and WC. It is possible to charge your electric car, socket for electric car: Type 2 - 62196. Bring your own cargingcable. The electricity consumption for the car is paid on the spot to the owner. Only 650 m to the bay with a cliff or jetty. Several nice bathing areas within walking distance.
