No bedding for the sofa bed.

The listing says it sleeps 5 but it only had enough bedding for 2, on a king sized bed. If you brought your own bedding, I'm sure 5 could sleep there, but not comfortably. 3 of us slept on the king bed, because the sofa bed was so uncomfortable, and we used bath towels for extra blankets. We stayed one night, and got a partial refund for the remaining days we'd paid for.

Great location and price

Absolutely loved this spot. Sayulita can be a real noisy town, we appreciated being just a short walk from the action but tucked up out of the way and most of the noise. I will caution, you get what you pay for, the bedsheet had a massive hole in it when we arrived and there was very little bedding (read: none) for the second bed. The furnishings were worn but adequate. The fridge froze all our food, tried to adjust it to no avail. The minisplit works great for when it's hot outside. Would have been nice to see a pump for the water jugs. All in all, great stay, quiet, safe, would recommend.

Place was fine and served our needs . Just Down the road is the main part of town and there is a small store very close to the house . The cooking facilities were a bit limited but we made do.

Overnight stay

We were looking for a place to change from beach attire to very casual dinner. Maybe stay the night and enjoy Sayulita In the morning. Nothing fancy. Normally it is in an out the same day from PVR. This place was ideal. Ana was very responsive to my questions. Thank you!

Great accommodations!

I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to stay again sometime. It was extremely clean and exactly as described in the listing. Great neighbourhood and very close to everything. The host was a great communicator and helped me with anything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here!
