About this property

The house has been rented to tenants for many years but now in need of updating to kitchen and shower room and unable to find tradesmen during and after lockdown, we decided to try short term lets for a year or so. The house is clean, warm. functional and comfortable but not luxurious. It’s in a nice quiet area and ideally placed for commuting to Peterlee Teeside, Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham.
