Two bedroom, two bathroom duplex apartment located in Fuentes de la Duquesa. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has it's own WiFi connection. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen and lounge with patio doors leading onto a sunny terrace with views over the communal swimming pool. Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, the ensuite having views over the community and to the sea.



The complex has 2 swimming pools, however there are no lifts.



Communal facilities are subject to availability.

Nice apartment on excellent development

Good location, Fuentes is a lovely community The bath is very slippy if standing to take a shower, needs a non slip mat, almost had a nasty fall the fist time I used it!

Lovely resort - appartment needs an update

Duquesa Estates service was excellent from start to finish - nothing too much trouble Appartment was clean & tidy and contained everything you need for a stay however it is a little tired inside and would benefit from an update. Location is ok with a 15-20 minute walk to the port & beach - ok on the way down but steep hill to climb on the way back up. We had a great week though No comments for Duquesa Estates as very happy.

Nice stay

Nice apartment layout and balcony area. Clean and well decorated. Bottle of water in the fridge which was a nice touch. Need the Smart TV function to work so you can watch streaming channels like Netflix or Amazon Prime. No English channels as standard. Living room patio door doesn’t lock. It’s a big inconvenience having to pick up and drop the key back at the estate agents, you should provide a lock box at the apartment. Standard check out times could be later (10am) but they did allow us to stay later due to no new guests coming that day.

Apartment was excellent. Made to feel like it was a home rather than a holiday let. Enjoyed it very much, would definitely book again. Had slight issues on two occasions with regards cleaning. Can appreciate we stayed in august but we had arranged to be in earlier but unfortunately apartment wasn’t ready till 4pm instead of 1pm. Small issue when the linen was changed after 7 days. However: I cannot fault how the apartment was cleaned, it was spotless.

Well maintained appartment complex

Great views over the golf course towards the coast. The apartment is very spacious and clean with a large sunny terrace. The only downside was the walk back from the marina up a steep hill taking maybe 25 minutes. However there is a small complex of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A small welcome pack would have been helpful as we arrived at 11.00pm with nothing to eat or drink.
