Cute, cozy and tranquil!

Restful quiet gite with lovely owners. Lots of nature and wildlife for children...owls, bats, foxes, buzzards and red squirrels. Totally relaxing area with wonderful beaches. Gite is well equipped and has swings and games for little ones. Overall a perfect family holiday! Thank you

Lovely place to spend your Holiday

We had a wonderful time in Cerisy-la-Salle and we did not miss anything. Alexiane is easy and fast reachable if you have any question or need help. It is located middle to many attractions - you can easily reach Omaha Beach or even Mont Saint-Michel. It is a very quiet place where you can fully relax and charge your batteries. Everything we wanted in a quiet area, perfect description from hospitable property owner

The gite was clean and everything we required was there. Alexianne was an amazing host giving us tips on where to swim and advice on what to see. The children loved the swings and garden and enjoyed looking at the cows and animals next door. The gite was in an excellent location for exploring rural Normandy and sampling local cheese, vegetables and cider. As well as being close to more commercial towns. The beaches are all near to drive to in around 20 minutes and just lovely. We would love to visit again.

Erholung im Grünen mit viel Strand und Ruhe

Wir wurden von Alexiane bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles gut erklärt. Zudem hatte Alexiane viele Tipps für Ausflüge etc. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird. Zudem gibt es einen Garten und viel Platz zum Erholen. Die Wohnung hat ein tolles Klima, die selbst bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur angenehm kühl blieb. In der Umgebung gab es alles zum täglichen Leben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pour les fans des vieilles maisons et fermes

Nous avons retrouvé le charme des vieilles fermes, la tranquillité absolue dans un coin de ferme joliment rénové, simplement, sans ostentation, avec charme et un souci de l'écologie. Rien ne manque à l'équipement. Coup de cœur particulier pour la grande chambre et le petit jardin! Merci à Alexiane pour son accueil attentif, ses réponses rapides et precises!

individuelles Haus in der Normandie

Wir waren 2 Wo hier und sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett sprechen gut Englisch.Man wohnt im rechten Teil des Hauses (im Bild bis zum Busch), links wohnen die Vermieter.Das Haus wurde sehr liebevoll renoviert / restauriert mit vielen Selbstgebauten + Geschmack für Form + Farbe. Besonders schön ist das Bad mit eingelassenen Muscheln + Kieseln im Fußboden.Man wohnt dabei ländlich, ruhig. Nach Mont Saint Michel fährt man ca. 60 min zum sehr schönsten Atlantikstrand (riesige breite Sanddünen) von Barneville - Carteret 45 min. Nach Etretat ist es mit 2h Autobahn etwas weiter aber alles machbar. Uns hat alles gut gefallen, für 6 Personen würde ich sie allerdings nur bedingt empfehlen, da man dann wohl täglich die Kompost-Toilette leert. Wer eine Alternative zu 0815- Ferienhäusern mit künstlerischen Touch sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben.Thomas + Sylvi Dresden

Hello to the 3 of you! It's true the wood shavings toilets needs to be taken care of more often with big families but we had some guests with 4 children, and they managed pretty well!.. And I agree with you about Barneville-Carteret nice beaches, though I admit we don't go very often there, for we are used to going to the nearest sand beach and bay (20m by car, between Agon-Coutainville, Regnéville-sur-mer, Montmartin-sur-mer, and Bricqueville-sur-mer), and we like its scenery, wilderness, and quietness as much...(And when you just want to bathe or to look at the ocean at high tide it's quicker!) I'm very glad you enjoyed your stay here, you are most welcome whenever you want to, thanks again!

Un gîte calme et reposant.

Nous recherchions un gîte calme et reposant propice à la détente et aux ébats ludiques de notre fils. La Hongrie a su agréablement satisfaire nos souhaits. Planté dans le bocage normand, le gîte invite à la promenade loin des foules. La petite vingtaine de kilometres nous séparant des plages les plus proches est très vite avalée ou l'occasion de découvrir de charmants villages. Le gîte a l'apparence rustique offre toutes les commodités moderne et neuves du moment dans une décoration fraïche et soignée. La mise à disposition de vélos, table de ping-pong, hamac barbecue, balançoire, espace jardin privatif...conforte le bien fondé de l'hospitalité généreuse de leurs proprietaires. L'intérieur regorge de cartes, guides, florilège de bonnes adresses rendant le sejour difficilement ennuyeux. Nous reviendrons à la maison bleue comme notre fils de 3 ans se l'ai mémorisé.
