Located on one of the best areas of the island, with 3 wonderful golf courses, and walking distance from the Tauro and Amadores beaches, it has wonderful views of the golf course and the sea. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the area of the island with the best climate, very close from the main touristic attractions of Puerto Rico and Mogan, but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.



The villa is distributed in one single floor and consists of a large fully-equipped open kitchen and a wide and luminous living/dining area, connected through big glass sliding doors to covered terraces with outdoor seating and dining areas, and 3 wonderful independent suites, each with its own private full bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden with a private pool.



There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space and plenty of street parking areas. The golf resort urbanization is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurant, and three complete golf courses. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 35 minutes away.

We hat a lovely holiday my wife and me it is a nice house in a beautiful and quiet location. The pool is not heated but we knew that when booked the house.

Nice House and good host

This was a nice house for a family in a quite area. The Kitchen could have had some more equipment. The pool was also only 18 degrees due to cold nights (15 degrees) and no pool cover or heating options. So it is not usable in the winter months. Over all a very nice place.

Lovely villa but not the best location for young family

The villa is lovely and well equipped however, the jacuzzi bath and air conditioning didn't work in the master bedroom our whole stay and this wasn't fixed. Very disappointing. The location of the villa is perfect if you have you have a car and is a 2 minute drive to the beach and 4 minutes from Mogan Mall. The only issue was that it is so so quiet that we ended up not wanting to stay at the villa because local residents did not like us making a single noise when in the pool at the villa or at the communal pool. We were told to be quiet every time the children were in the pool so I wouldn't stay here again.

Villa estupenda, buenas vacaciones

La Villa es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, amplia, espaciosa, con habitaciones grandes y cómodas, así como cuartos de baño en suite en cada una de ellas, totalmente equipados y perfectos. La cocina es amplia, el menaje escaso si es un grupo grande. Los electrodomésticos funcionales y en general buena. El salón y los exteriores amplios y equipados con lo necesario. Piscina pequeña pero perfectamente funcional para refrescarse. La ubicación es buena, está en una urbanización con seguridad, dentro de un complejo de golf, con un pequeño supermercado a 5 minutos y justo al lado de Mogan, donde hay supermercados, centros comerciales, restaurantes y todo lo necesario.. La agencia encargada de la gestión de la Villa, muy profesionales, atentos, con muy buena comunicación y siempre dispuestos a ayudar o solucionar cualquier inconveniente que pudiera surgir. Un 10 para ellos. En resumen, unas vacaciones muy buenas, un sitio estupendo, bien cuidado y con unos anfitriones muy profesionales.

Fin og romslig villa i avslappende omgivelser

Boligen er meget romslig med god til høy innvendig standard. Terrassen/hagen er avskjermet/usjenert med gode solforhold og et lite basseng som gir hyggelig preg og mulighet for avkjølende dukkert (rent, men naturlig soloppvarmet vann). Kjøkkenet er romslig og fint. Kjøleskap&frys, oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin var nytt og fungerte utmerket. Vi var kun 2 og hadde god tid, men kokeplatene, kaffetrakter og vannkoker kunne kanskje stått bedre i forhold til husets standard - og potensielt max-antall gjester. Huset har flott yakusi på «master bed room» som gir eksklusivt preg, men fungerte ikke og ble heller ikke reparert ila våre 14 dager. Vi vil spesielt fremheve rengjøringspersonalet og «pool/garden man» som meget flinke, serviceminded og svært hyggelige! Rengjøring m/bytte av sengetøy&håndklær halvveis i oppholdet var uventet og meget positivt. Tauro Anfi Golf er ellers et meget, velholdt, pent og behagelig område å feriere , særlig om man vil ha litt avstand til de mest folksomme områdene som forøvrig ikke er langt unna. Leiebil anbefales. 2 hyggelige lokale Spar-butikker innen gangavstand. Vi koste oss og takker for et fint opphold i B12

Great property !

This property is excellent and is a short car drive to lovely beaches and good shops and restaurants at Mogan Mall. There is also a Spar within walking distance.
