Brand new apartment on Elba Island overlooking the sea in the heart of the old village of Scaglieri at only 30 meters from the suggestive beach of Scaglieri. Great furnishings, all comforts for a totally relaxing holiday and a terrace equipped for dining outside and admiring breathtaking sunsets.
The apartment is a two-room apartment on the first floor of about 40 square meters and ideal for 2/4 guests. It is furnished with taste and with attention to all details. It has a living room with double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine ...
The sleeping area has a beautiful bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
From the living room through a large window you access a furnished and equipped terrace (10 sqm) overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view over the Biodola Gulf.
The services offered by the apartment are WiFi, safe, air conditioning, flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, parking at 300 meters for € 10 per day…
Scaglieri is a small village where you can still find Elba island’s atmosphere of the past as well as all the necessary services for a peaceful holiday: beach service, bars, restaurants and a small shop where you find all basic necessities.

lovely little apartment very close to the water and beach. The place is nice but also a bit remote when you do not have a car. the bus stop is a twenty minute walk away and the local grocery shop only has very basic stuff. thankfully the restaurant Da Luciano is very good and the stuff is warm and welcome. nice little hikes just from the house to the neighbour villages. I can recommend this place.

tolle Ferien auf Elba bei bestem Wetter
Sehr schöne, vor einigen Jahren autenthisch sanierte Wohnung im 1. Stock in einem alten Haus in zweiter Reihe am Meer mit toller Terrasse und Meerblick, nur ein paar Meter zum Strand! Leider in recht ungepflegtem Zustand und nur sehr oberflächlich sauber. Wasch- u. Spülmaschine sehr unappetitlich und Waschvorgänge mit ungenügendem Ergebnis. Das Badezimmer würde eine Grundreinigung und Entkalkung dringend vertragen, ebenso die Küche mit allen Gerätschaften.Wir haben z.B. total verschmutzte und zerrupfte Polsterauflagen für die Terrassenstühle angetroffen, die wir erst mal gewaschen haben, bevor wir uns draufsetzen konnten. Das müsste nicht sein.

Our holiday was great! Terrazza Lia is a jem, close to Biodola and Forno beaches, restaurants and a local shop closeby. We will be missing a lot the view from the terrace at the sunset! Highly recommended!

Eine sehr süße Wohnung direkt am Strand, der Balkon ist ein Traum! Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, Check in lief auch problemlos….einziges Manko ist, dass man wahnsinnig schnell duschen muss, da man maximal fünf Minuten warmes Wasser hat - für zwei Personen etwas knapp!
