Amazing location and beautiful house

We stayed many times at Como lake and with confidence i can say this was the best house we had ever rented. Location is amazing, less than a minute to the lake where you will find a great restaurant. We tried a few restaurants in the town, and the closest appeared to be the best one. The flat itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The garden is amazing!! I will definitely come again soon!!

Perfekte Lage am See in den Bergen

Achtung!!! Als erstes möchte ich unbedingt anmerken, dass man hier KEIN ganzes Ferienhaus mietet, so wie es das Inserat vorgibt. Trotz der Anwendung des Filters „Ferienhaus“ kommt man auf dieses Inserat, mietet jedoch eine FerienWOHNUNG in einem Mehrparteienhaus, inklusive einem Büro und einem Hinterhof mit Baumaterialien. Dadurch gehen auf dem Grundstück immer wieder Leute ein und aus, die keine Feriengäste sind. Das geht in keinem Satz oder Foto aus dem Inserat hervor und ist unserer Meinung nach nicht fair, wenn man sich auf ein alleinstehendes oder ein Ferienhaus zur alleinigen Nutzung eingestellt hat. Unser Aufenthalt war dennoch sehr schön, da wir offenbar in dieser Hinsicht sehr flexibel sind;-) Die Lage, Ausstattung, der gesamte Rest sind wirklich absolut lobenswert. Und wenn man nach einer FerienWOHNUNG sucht auch absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Buongiorno, mi dispiace ma nella descrizione c’è scritto che è un appartamento (non un’intera casa)., materiale da costruzione non so proprio dove li avete visti, visto che nell’intero giardino non ce ne sono. Essendo una casa con appartamenti di nostra proprietà è normale che arriva altra gente ovviamente non violando la Vostra privacy. Saluti

la posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal lago e con un giardino tranquillissimo affacciato sui monti, dove è possibile leggere, lavorare, rilassarsi, pranzare/cenare e molto altro bellissima alba e bellissimo tramonto la casa è spaziosa, luminosa, equipaggiata di tutto la famiglia che vi abita e che ci ha ospitato è gentile, accogliente, sempre sorridente e sempre pronta a farsi in quattro per i nostri bisogni impossibile non fermarsi a fare quattro chiacchiere quando ci si incrocia insomma, davvero un luogo consigliatissimo

Bon emplacement, maison agreable

Tres bon emplacement, l'appartement est agreable, au premier etage, avec belle vue. Beau jardin, acces par les escaliers de l'entree, ce qui n'est pas tres pratique. Le jardin est sense etre prive mais les chiens des proprietaires sont venu y faire leurs besoins. Lave linge payant chez la proprietaire qui vit dans le batiment .
