Villa Family is located in the centre of Colico, a beautiful village on the eastern shore of Lake Como; it is 20 km from Varenna and close to the main tourist resorts of Lake Como including Menaggio, Bellagio and Como. It stands in a quiet and residential context from which it is possible to move comfortably on foot or by bicycle to reach the main services and the beautiful Piazza del Lago (Piazza Garibaldi).
Villa Family has a living area of 220 sqm, has 7 double bedrooms (MAXIMUM CAPACITY 10 SLEEPS), 4 bathrooms, a large garden of 400 sqm, a fantastic swimming pool, a laundry room, a double garage as well as 4 outdoor parking spaces where there are 2 electric car charging stations (on request and on supplement). It has a ground floor with a large, very bright living area with an open kitchen complete with modern appliances. From the living area there is access to a planted and well-kept garden and to the pool area where you can relax having breakfast, reading a book, sunbathing and end the day with a good barbecue in the company of friends. Completing the ground floor are 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 finely furnished double bedrooms.
On the first floor there is another flat with breakfast corner, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms and a beautiful covered panoramic terrace.
On the second floor is a magnificent attic comprising 1 bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and a large terrace-solarium with panoramic views of the lake and mountains.
Please note that the maximum capacity of the entire villa is still 10 beds in total.
The various floors are connected by an internal staircase.

I love the lake in Colico, the surrounding mountains and the woods.
Colico is a splendid reality for me, where I happily spend my daily life, enjoying the lively colours that nature offers in each season.
Colico has a lot of beaches, a touristic harbour and a wharf from which boats and hydrofoils leave from the main villages on the Lake Como.
Colico is also a cultural location, where tourists are attracted by the “Forte Militare di Fuentes”, the Abbey in Piona, and the Nature Reserve in “Pian di Spagna”.
