The Villa Clarissa is a very pleasant home, perfect as a relaxing getaway and base for exploring Lake Como. The villa accommodates up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms (240 m²):
- The main floor features an open-plan living space with floor to ceiling windows leading out to the terrace and garden. There’s a sitting area with couches, dining area with wooden table, kitchenette, and bathroom.
- On the first floor you’ll find a living room with large windows and balconies overlooking the lake. A cosy corner with couches and TV, dining table, and access to the outside terrace to enjoy a panoramic breakfast. Spacious fully equipped kitchen. Toilet.
- Up to the sleeping area and the 4 bedrooms on the second floor: one double bedroom, one double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom with ensuite toilet, one bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower.
- The third mansard floor is composed of a living area with couches and TV, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, and bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub.
Enjoy outdoor waterfront living in the garden (800 m²) with sunny lawn and deck chairs where you can catch up on your vitamin D, or take a welcome pause under the shade of the trees. A unique spot is the terrace with table and chairs, great for an aperitivo while watching the boats go by. Boats, SUPs or kayaks can be rented nearby.
Villa Clarissa is situated in the lovely hamlet of Vassena, Oliveto Lario, along the Lake Como shoreline, about 500m from a few bars and restaurants, convenience store, boat and kayak rental. It’s a great base to explore this magical lake at 14 km from the lively lakeside town of Lecco with plenty of shops, and only 8 km from Bellagio. Well-known as the pearl of Lake Como, Bellagio is a small picturesque village with many cafes, restaurants and craft shops, and ferry departures towards all parts of the lake.
