The cosy and ambient living space invites guests to unwind on the sofas, with the far-reaching views and Smart flat screen TV for company.

An integrated designer Kitchen with accompanying dining area for 14 also features within the inviting living room. This welcoming aspect of the room enables guests to host carefree dinners within an effortless feeling space, during their stay. The sleek modern Kitchen is readily equipped with eye-level oven, hob, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and American fridge freezer.

Perfect for ‘wow factor’ relaxation, a scenic upper lake view living room with balcony access and custom-made kitchenette is enhanced further by a chic contemporary interior, spacious sitting area and stunning parquet flooring.

The tranquil medieval village of Brienno is home to ancient townhouses and churches and offers an unhurried way of life, perfect for holidays. Strategically placed 15 minutes from the tourist attractions of the Central Lake and 29 minutes from Como city, the villa sets the scene for laid-back lake getaways.

Guests looking to savour authentic-fine Italian cuisine during their stay are well placed for reaching the family-friendly Pizzerias of upmarket Laglio, Cernobbio and Argegno. Fine Italian dining with a contemporary twist is also the ‘special of the day’ at the temptingly close lakeside restaurant, ‘Crotto dei Platani’ (3 minutes’ drive away).

From the scenic main lake road of Brienno, guests can also take themselves off to explore; via bus or car. The gorgeous western shore is home to the up-market resort villages of Laglio, Carate Urio, Moltrasio and Cernobbio (9-15 minutes’ drive away) and the world-class villa attractions, central lake ferry links and dedicated lidos along the beautiful central lake (15 minutes’ drive away).

Just 29 minutes’ drive away, Como is an elegant city which enjoys a wide choice of boutique and high street shops, alongside a wide variety of restaurants and cafe-lined piazzas, and frequent carefree train and road links to Milan and its airports (Malpensa is 49 minutes’ drive, Bergamo airport is 1 hr 26 minutes’ drive). The year-round cosmopolitan mecca of fashionable Lugano and Milan are both within easy driving distance (46 – 69 minutes’ away).
