Moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der modernen großzügigen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns die moderne große Küche gefallen. Die ganze Wohnung ist neu, sauber und bestens ausgestattet - und hat einen großen Balkon. Leider hat das Tor zu der dazugehörigen Garage nicht funktioniert; aber wir haben immer problemlos einen Parkplatz draußen gefunden. Tolle Lage: alles unmittelbar in der Nähe und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Toller Aufenthalt!

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen dort im Mai 2024 verbringen können. Angenehmes, gepflegtes und zu unserem Zeitpunkt ein ruhiges Gebäude. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist von der Tiefe her so groß, dass ein Auto und Fahrräder/Anhänger hintereinander Platz haben. Ansonsten gibt es draußen Parkmöglichkeiten. Bei den Bildern sind 2 Couchen abgebildet. Hier muss man wissen, dass nur eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung steht. Das dritte Zimmer ist privat und verschlossen. Wer gerne Kaffee mag, muss wissen, dass es eine Senseo-Maschine ist. Bei Filterkaffee müsste entsprechendes Equipment mitgebracht werden. Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Es müsste für jeden etwas an Sportmöglichkeiten vorhanden sein. Wir haben diese Gegend mit dem Finger auf der Landkarte gefunden und waren positiv überrascht. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und dem Herrn, der uns empfangen hat, war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Daumen hoch. Gerne immer wieder.

Superbe location à recommander

Appartement idéalement placé (proche des commerces, plage, voie verte, ligne de bus (gratuite pendant la période estivale)) et très spacieux. Immeuble calme avec un super voisinage. L'appartement situé au 3ème étage permet de dormir toutes fenêtres ouvertes mais avec la canicule nous avons dû utiliser un gros ventilateur que nous avions heureusement apporté. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Cathy & Yves

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das Auto nebst E-Bikes konnten wir in der Tiefgarage sicher unterbringen. Von dort führt ein Aufzug direkt zur Wohnung. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man schön essen und es sind auch Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und zeitnah jederzeit möglich. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Séjour famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l’appart qui est spacieux et lumineux et la terrasse pour profiter tout en sécurité avec un enfant . L’appartement est globalement bien équipé A 10 min à pied du lac ce qui est pratique .

Design & fonctionnel

Bel appartement tant au niveau design, déco que fonctionnalité. Il faudra juste prévoir des draps de 160cm de large, mais du coup de la place dans le lit qui est confortable et procure de bonnes nuits. La terrasse est plaisante et le grand garage qui ferme pratique et sécurisant.

Plongez dans le Lac d'Annecy

Non nous n'avons pas plongé dans le lac mais nous nous y sommes bien immergés. Nous avions à chaque fois le plaisir de rentrer dans cet appartement très agréable, très confortable avec beaucoup de charmes. On s'y sent comme chez soit. Le soir, nous pouvions connecter notre Google Chromecast sur la TV et suivre nos séries 😉. On avait apporté un sèche cheveux mais il y en avait un présent. Petit bémol, apporter des draps de 160, tout le monde n'a pas ce format, nous avons dû les emprunter à des proches. Litterie sinon très confortable et un balcon spacieux. Il manque une petite poubelle dans la salle de bain. Sinon rien de bien gênant.

Très bel appartement

Appartement idéalement situé avec accès à la piste cyclable juste à la sortie du garage (nous avons pu ranger nos vélos dans le garage fermé en sous-sol). La proximité des commerces et le marché du jeudi matin sont un véritable atout. L'immeuble a 4 ans, autant dire que l'appartement est neuf et donc très propre. Nous recommandons également le restaurant LM Etik plus loin sur la route du port (réservation recommandée). Le troisième étage permet de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, ce qui n'est pas négligeable quand les journées sont très chaudes. En bref : je recommande !

Super séjour - super appart - allez-y les yeux fermés !!!

Très bel appartement, spacieux, très propre, calme, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Nous avons pu profiter également de la terrasse. Idéalement situé, commerces, lac, bus… tout se fait à pieds. Merci de la délicate attention de bienvenue et merci à Mr Magnum pour son accueil. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique région. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!

Superbe Appartement !!

Très belle appartement, calme, lumineux, très propre et décoré avec goût. Superbe emplacement situé à deux pas des commerces et proche du lac. Tout ce fait à pieds !!! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement !
