Loved the location!

Great apartment very close to town. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Bring your own shampoo and body gel as there was none when arrived we did accidentally leave ours along with a black sweater! Very clean and great communication with the host.

Brilliant service!

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Rovinj. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and the location is perfect. Just on the edge of Old Town so everything is walkable while also being quiet. The parking was a huge benefit as well! Corinne was so friendly and attentive. She made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Die Wohnung zeichnet sich insbesondere durch ihre super Lage und den Balkon mit herrlichem Weitblick aus. In rund 10 Gehminuten ist man beim Hafen von Rovinj mit einer grossen Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Corinne, unserem Host, war jederzeit angenehm und sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt im San Francesco Studio war sensationell. Wunderbares Studio, war mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht und hat einen fantastischen Blick über Rovinj zum Meer. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Rovinj with a great host, free parking and a washing machine look no further! We cannot say enough good things about our stay in Istria. Corinne is a very kind host, responsive, quick and easy to communicate with. She offered us great recommendations for places to eat. The apartment is even better in person than the pictures and the view from the balconies are wonderful! We loved having parking right at the apartment for convenience of day trips. The apartment was only a couple minutes walk to great restaurants and old town. Everything was clean and comfortable and we would highly recommend staying here!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Rovinj. The apartment is just beautiful, everything is super clean and the design is very tasteful. The apartment is located just outside the city center of Rovinj so it‘s perfect for exploring the city. The apartment has two balconies, one from where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets over the sea. The check-in was effortless, Corinne is a very lovely host. She met us at the apartment and had great recommendations. We will definetely book this apartment again the next time we will visit Rovinj, everything was perfect!

High-end vacation!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön: neu renoviert und ausgestattet, hell und mit großartiger Aussicht auf die Stadt. Nur eine Spülmaschine und einige Kleinigkeiten in der Küche (zb eine Schere) sind offene Wünsche von mir. Die Unterkunft ist ein paar Minute oberhalb der Altstadt gelegen und dadurch heller und luftiger, ohne Touristen-Ströme auf der Straße. Die Kommunikation über Vedran und Corinne (als direkter Ansprechpartner und Host) war sehr gut. Corinne ist überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich sehr gut unterstützt gefühlt, zb auch weil sie mich bei der Anreise vom Flughafen unterstützt hat. Der Aufenthalt ist sehr empfehlenswert für ein paar entspannte Urlaubstage in Rovinj

Wir haben uns in diesem traumhaften Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung war sehr stilvoll und modern. Die Ausstattung perfekt und gepflegt. Der Ausblick über die Stadt und das Meer war einmalig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle Restaurants empfohlen.
