A spacious ground-floor apartment in a historic villa, nestled in a private park, featuring three bedrooms—two double and one single—a bathroom, a dining room, and a spacious living room.
You’ll find a warm, family-like atmosphere, and for a few days or weeks, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in “your home in the mountains.” Renovated in 2020 and furnished with antique pieces,
is located just outside Belluno, in a strategic location for visiting the Dolomites and the art cities of the Veneto region.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

The space
The apartment is located on the ground floor of what was for many years the summer home of the family that still owns it today. In the past, the garden was used as an orchard, and even today there are still some trees bearing excellent fruit. In the shade of a large “bersò,” guests can enjoy meals outdoors in a relaxing atmosphere with complete privacy.
The two fireplaces, now purely decorative, have been replaced by an independent heating system for the winter. In the summer, the house—built in the 18th century with solid stone walls and terracotta and wood floors—remains pleasantly cool.
In the living room, you’ll find a large bookshelf with reading suggestions and publications about the local area.
By prior arrangement with the owner, you may also use the barbecue and the antique wood-fired oven located outside.
