It was horrible, the elevators were not working, the bathrooms had no locks, the kitchen was clogged

The staff was horrible, they ignored us, they didnt attend to our requests, the apartment is so old and dusty, and the management is SO horrible to speak to, they kept on giving me different numbers and kept on ignoring me. I paid almost 7000 pounds, the beds r horrendous.

Great value!!!!

We stayed at this venue for a few days. It worked great for our purposes, and reminded us of the apartments in Chicago (our hometown). It was the favorite one of our teen daughter. It is up 3 flights of stairs. The location is awesome! The host communicates FAST and supplied cleaning supplies! It was very nice and clean. Checkout required a little walking distance. Tube station was relatively close. We would stay there again for again for sure!!!

I was worried because I was with my family (5 adults) and my baby. The apartment is very nice. There are stuffs enough for a comfortable stay. there were good bath towels and sheets. The location is very nice too. Wifi good and fast. There are more units in the same building so I believe that the photos are not exactly the apartment I stayed in but it is very similar to the real one. Great value for money.

The host communicated very well up until he ran my credit card at check in. We had a few issues that got ignored. He told us he would put the extra keys in the lock box at our door. That did not happen. When I sent a message it took a day for a response. The keys were put in another one of the properties lock box 2 miles away from ours. The neighborhood didn’t feel safe. As a woman I would definitely not go out alone at night. The pictures they show on the booking site are not the apartment we got!! I specifically picked this one for what the pictures showed and I knew it would work well for our family. Beds and couches were very uncomfortable. The only good thing I can say about this place is it was clean and the Pub across the street had great food, drinks and the staff was very friendly. My main upset about this place was the cost for what we got. Pictures show a very nicely furnished apartment where as we did not get that. This property has 3 other locations so I assume pictures on the site are from the other ones or they are very very old!! The reviews that you see 10/10 are not from verified sources so I think this company must have put them there.

Fine Apartment Poor Neighbour Hood

The apartment was fine, in a good location, five minutes walking to tfl station. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen was clean. But the neighbour hood was poor because at night a homeless man was standing in front of the main entrance every night and my children were scared. The lights in the apartment were white color which is really disgusting. The neigbour hood was Arab oriented, at night they were sitting out of their shops and were staring to my daughter in a really disgusting way.there were ants in the main bathroom and in the kitchen.

Nice apartment but with many flaws

The apartment was nice and spacious but there are serious problems with the sewage system. The drains didn't work and the water from the shower came out very slowly and at a burning temperature. We booked for 6 people and there were only 5 beds, we had to request the sixth bed while the bathroom linen was not sufficient for everyone. The staff is only available by telephone and does not always respond to requests. Just solve these problems to have a more adequate stay.

El departamento estaba muy bien ubicado, cómodo y limpio. Está preparado sólo para 6 personas.

La ubicación del departamento es excelente, al alcance de todo con un supermercado a la vuelta lo que facilita mucho la estancia. La gente que nos atendió muy cordiales. El único problema es que hasta que no reclamé el reembolso de la reserva no me lo hicieron, les falta algún tipo de comunicación interna para que no pasen estas cosas. Cuando lo reclamé me lo hicieron inmediatamente. Por el resto, la verdad, es que disfrutamos mucho la estancia.

Property is old and worn for the price.

Property is dated but in a good location. Based on the price, it should be nicer or less expensive. The building is also old. They claim to have a washer and dryer, however, it is only a washer. Property manager was attentive. Also, the water in shower went off at times.
