About this property

Buena Hill Homestead is a newly renovated private apartment in lancaster county

Buena Hill Homestead is a newly renovated private apartment located 15 miles east of the heart of Lancaster County. Centered in the middle of rich farm land, this is a beautiful place to get away and relax. We are located on a 4th generation, 100 acre farm, surrounded by grazing cattle and a few of our family pets.

The guesthouse house consists (on the main floor)- a spacious kitchen with appliances, a powder room, a master bedroom with a full bathroom attached, and a laundry room. Main floor is wheel chair assessable.
Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms both with a full bathrooms, and a small kitchenette.

We would love to get to meet you and have you stay awhile

Beautiful home in a quiet setting, with plenty nearby to see and explore. Very family friendly - the kids love the goats and chickens, and wandering the grounds! We will be back!

Very nice for 2 couples. Beautiful and relaxing farm setting. Kitchen had everything you would need, beds very comfortable and bonus of each bedroom having its own ensuite. Christian and Ruthy were wonderful hosts and her homemade bread is amazing.

This estate was so relaxing and peaceful! Christian and Ruthie could not have been more hospitable and kind. I highly recommend staying with them. The property is gorgeous, clean and modern!

This was the most perfect place to choose. Ruthy is the best hostess. She made us feel welcomed and prepared a loaf of bread and it was the best I have ever eaten. This is one stay that we will definitely do again. The house was spotless and the views out the windows and while sitting outside are stunning. Thank you Ruthy for sharing your home with me and my family.

The home and property were absolutely beautiful! The bedrooms were master bedrooms with large bathrooms. The beds were perfect for a great nights sleep. The hosts ( Ruthie and Christian ) were also delightful to work with . They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay at this property again . Everything we needed from linens to kitchen supplies etc were provided. Mrs. Ruthie even made up some delicious sourdough bread .

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Ruthy was very communicative and helpful. Her homemade bread was amazing. She was also kind enough to let us try some farm fresh eggs. 3 master en-suites plus additional half bath was great. Living and dining are together which was a little tight. We missed that during booking but it didn’t reduce our enjoyment. We also missed that there were no TVs in the room. That worked out great since kids explored the area around the house and spent much needed time outdoors. We took walks in the property after meals, watched the stars in the sky and loved the countryside beauty and calm.Look forward to returning again in future.

The stay was wonderful!! The 3 bedrooms with master baths for each was perfect. The home and property were extremely clean and very well decorated. The home is in the country away from all the tourist traffic, but just minutes away from Sight and Sounds theater, restaurants, and other attractions. I've stayed in 10 or 12 VRBO homes over the years and Ruthy was the best host hands down. Our group is already talking about another trip!!

Absolutely Gorgeous!

We loved our stay here, the home is beautiful and immaculate. The views are amazing, wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor area and firepit. I highly recommend this location. Ruthy checked on us regularly and was the best host.
