Ideal location

A nice property in an ideal location for us visiting family. The property was in a row of similar houses and the neighbours were lovely. Communication with/from the owner was very good and he was very helpful in all respects. Would stay here again

Nice little house

A nice litte house in a nice Close. There are a lot of personal items throughout the house which is unusual. However we enjoyed our stay and found some lovely walks with our dog.

Good stay in a very stressful time for my family.

Excellent location and lovely home. Under 20 minutes to Loughborough and the same for Leicester. A quiet location. Sean was an excellent host and communicated really well. The house had everything to make our stay comfortable. Thank you.

Sean was so helpful with any information we needed. The house is lovely and clean and tidy. Perfect location for Loughborough and Leicester. Very friendly neighbours. The groceries left for us was so generous.

Very convenient for Loughborough - approx 17 min on A6, less to Leicester park & ride. Most comfortable double bed I've slept in. Comfortable for 3 may be cramped for more.

Excellent base for exploring Charnwood Forest and the rivers, canals and villages of Leicestershire

This well equipped house enabled us to self cater and work as well as exploring the local area and relaxing. The house is in a quiet location close to wonderful walks but easy to get into nearby towns for shopping by car. We enjoyed sitting in the garden, watching the birds during the day and the bats in the evenings. Sean was extremely responsive and helpful with any queries we had, provided some basic groceries for our arrival which was great and recommended some local places to visit. Thank you

The communication between sean is absolutely perfect , he’s a great guy and his house is definitely a home from home , anything you need he is more than happy to help , will definitely be staying again as it was such a pleasant experience ! Great Stay
