Villa La Giudecca is a beautiful villa with private pool in western Sicily. It’s a villa, luxury furnished, very close to the beach, at less than 1km. Mazara del Vallo, where is located this villa, is in a strategic position. This luxury villa has a lovely garden, a 12 meters swimming pool with comfortable solarium and outside kitchen with BBQ, where you can spend relaxing days. Villa La Giudecca is the ideal luxury location for your holiday in Sicily.

Description

La Giudecca is a beautiful villa which has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room and the kitchen with a big stone fireplace, to which follow one luxury bathroom with both Jacuzzi tub and Jacuzzi shower; then, there is also the laundry with a big washing machine and a very large further living room. On the first floor are placed all the bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. On the same level there is the second bathroom, equipped with tub. On the outside are an elegant roofed kitchen equipped with barbecue and living table, two solarium areas around the swimming pool (12 mt) which are furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, plus an ornamental garden and an orchard.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: EUROS 1000,00
Included: consumptions, daily pool cleaning, linen and towels, pool towels, welcome packet.
Electricity including up to 800 kwh (over at euros 0,40 per kwh).
Extra Cost: euros 40 per person for final cleaning.
