Built inside an estate of 20 hectares planted with oranges and olive trees, it is 10 minutes from the sea of Marinella di Selinunte and the Riserva del Belice.
The caretaker also lives within the estate and there are 7 other villas.
The Villa has 8 beds with 4 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and 4 bathrooms, a large room with sofas, dining table, a bright well-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, brick barbecue, 2 porches with dining tables.
