Studio with large terrace and fabulous view, facing the sea, in an elegant residential complex in Playa de Las Américas with:- Swimming pool (with bar) and children's pool.- 24-hour reception- garden- Tennis courts- billiards- lift
The studio is fully functional:- Free WiFi Internet - double bed and a sofa bed. Total capacity: 2 people.- Kitchen- Oven- Microwave oven- balcony- private bathroom- LCD TV- Washing machine- Small appliances (kettle, toaster, American coffee machine).- Cot (on request).- High chair (on request if available).
Sheets and bath towels included.
The complex has 4 elevators, swimming pool, bar, reception, tennis court and tumble dryersfor a fee.
Flexible arrival and departure times, if possible (to be agreed in advance)
For the loss of the keys there is a supplement of 100 euros for change of lock.
The apartment is 3 km from Aqualand and 2 km from Siam Park.
Only 15 km from Tenerife South airport.

Alloggio veramente molto bello e perfetto per 3 persone, molto pulito accogliente con qualsiasi necessità già presente caffè, moka, cucina, lavatrice, tv, kit medico, ombrellone, stendino veramente tutto quanto il possibile per non farti mancare le comodità di casa, assolutamente consigliato vista spettacolare dal 9 piano dell’edificio stazione taxi, fermata di molti autobus e supermercati LETTERALMENTE appena scendi dalla stanza, spiaggia e discoteche notturne vicine e comode da raggiungere anche a piedi. è stata veramente un ottima scelta, fatela anche voi
