Fully Modernised Apartment in Los Cristianos

This studio apartment offers exceptional facilities, with a fully modernised kitchen, shower room and living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary needs: 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave oven and toaster - all new. There are dishes, cutlery, glasses for four, cooking pots and pans, etc.

The large screen TV offers satellite channels; however, should you prefer to view your own films, there is a DVD player available.

A strong reliable Wifi signal available (small charge), allowing you to keep up with all your social media needs.

For your comfort there is a modern washing-machine, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

The apartment is cleaned before you arrive, with fresh linen and towels provided; beach towels are not provided.

There's a sizable balcony which, with its table and chairs, offers a spacious setting for relaxing in the sun by day, and enjoying that evening meal with a cool drink by night.

Strictly no smoking.

The complex has a heated swimming pool (with full-time life guard in attendance), poolside bar and restaurant.

The friendly staff attend the reception desk on a 24 hrs. basis, and are only too happy to assist you with everything from picking that exciting island excursion, through to helping you find your restaurant of choice.

Should you wish, a 10 min. walk will take straight to the beautiful sandy beach of Playa de Los Cristianos, where you will find a fine selection of water sports are at hand, or maybe you will want to simply laze under the clear sunny skies.

Los Cristianos is spoilt for restaurants, bars and cafes, all within easy reach of the apartment.

For those in need of a little 'retail therapy', why not stroll over to the shopping mall situated between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas, where in amongst the designer outlets, you're sure to find that special something to remind you of you wonderful stay.

I’ve stayed in Ian’s apartment on numerous occasions, lovely clean apartment, with view to the pool. The spacious balcony is great for sitting in the morning time, enjoying a coffee while the sun comes out. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Fantastic relaxing holiday.

My husband and I had a great holiday, we swam in the lovely pool and went for long walks arround Los Cristianos.We would definately return to this area and stay at this accomodation again.

Well equiped apartment with large balcony with sea view. Located within walking distance of restaurants bars and shops including great supermarket. Was all we needed for a relaxing holiday.

Brilliant holiday

Lovely apartment everything you need, the complex is super friendly and everyone you need on your doorstep. We have mobility issues and was worried about ‘cardiac’ hill but there was plenty to do around castle harbour, plenty of bars and restaurants/cafes. Would def stay again.

Very good location and a nice apartment for a couple. Ian the owner and Nikky the management agent were very prompt with replies and very helpful. They even allowed us to check out late in the afternoon on the last day. The apartment has everything needed for a couples holiday.

Excellent Break

This was a short break and we found the accomodation excellent for that purpose. A clean well equiped property in a good development with a good pool bar and mexican restraunt. The owner was extremely helpful as was his on site staff. Only downside was the lack of AC - otherwise great stay 😁

Me and my wife have just got back from a lovely week of winter sun without our kids for the first time in 20 years . Perfect little apartment for what it costs.Ian the owner was very helpful from the moment we booked and responded quickly to any questions. The property manager arranged for us to be met by Alex at castle harbour to check us in, we ended up using him to grab us from the airport once we landed, he was a top man who also contacted us the day before we were due to leave to tell us we could in fact check out at what ever time we wanted for no extra cost and didn’t have to check out by 11 o’clock which is stated on the VRBO site. It was really handy because our flight home weren’t until 6 in the evening. Really nice touch!!!..We loved it and will be back next year. If you’re expecting a 5star apartment then this ain’t for you! If you want a real nice complex with a nice clean place to sleep and shower at a proper reasonable price then this is the one!!

3 weeks of bliss

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was beautiful. The apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. Our agent was very courteous and friendly. Everything was easy. The beach was about 15 minutes away with shops, restaurants and supermarkets to hand. I would definitely go again.

Very nice cosy apartment. Host was very pleasant and replied to all questions quickly. Just a little request to have water in fridge for late arrivals. Also some cleaning products to start off with . Complex very well maintained with lots of little extras . Would definitely return. Many thanks

Excellent property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and suited our needs. A couple of things that would have put the icing on the cake. A pair of oven gloves, a second deck chair, and finally it would have been nice to have a couple of complimentary small bottle ins of water in the fridge. Apart from that it was very nice.
