Flat good but problems
The check in process was not communicated well. Did not get information about checkin within the 24 hour period and had to contact VRBO and see what was going on. I contacted the host as well and did not get much information. Then we were told that somebody would meet us at the flat and I communicated with them directly about arrival time where we were in the process of arriving, and how long it would take us to arrive at the flat only to be ushered in and told we were late and didn’t have time to go over things with us. We selected this flat because of the location and because it had a washing machine which turned out not to work. We tried contacting the host to see if it could be fixed and they wanted to know what was wrong with it, which we didn’t know because we were told it was broken. For the cost, we should’ve known that the washing machine did not work so we could have found another location.
