This villa for rent is located in the North of Sardinia, in the tourist village of Costa Paradiso, characterized by peculiar red granite rocks and beautiful rocky coves, such as Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti, from which you can access to a fantastic emerald green water.
The villa, located at just 200 meters from the sea, is built with the typical stones of Costa Paradiso and surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub which its plants and flowers offer beautiful optical and olfactory sensations.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa can accommodate up to 11 people and consists of 4 bedrooms, three of which are double rooms, two of them with en-suite bathroom and one with two single beds; 3 bathrooms, independent kitchen, a large living room with sofa bed and air conditioning.
The bedrooms are all finely furnished with large windows overlooking the sea and the garden, to ensure total privacy and comfort for guests.
It also has a barbecue, a private mini pool with whirlpool bath and private parking.

Just 300 meters away you will find a small port with a panoramic path which leads to the wonderful Li Cossi beach, and if you want to enjoy some trekking, you can carry on along the path that will take you to the enchanting beach of Tinnari, which can also be reached from the sea.
In the evening it will be easy to reach the center of Costa Paradiso on foot, where you will find bars, restaurants and shops, and thus enjoy your evenings in front of the sea.

- the rental price of the villa varies according to the number of guests. In fact, from the 9° guest onwards there will be an extra charge of euro 150,00 per week

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


NOTE: in the event of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of euro 25.00 will be deducted in addition to the cost of the transfer
