This luxury villa with private pool is located just fifty meters from the sea and consists of three independent houses. Perfect for large groups this villa has a large 1200 m2 garden and several verandas with plenty of outside space to enjoy meal times day and night.

Villa Sfumature di Melograno consists of one large main building with five large bedrooms (three double, one with 2 single beds and one with bunk beds) and further two independent houses with one large double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with their own living rooms, kitchenette and bathrooms, a total of nine bedrooms sleeping up to 20 people and eight bathrooms.

Costa Paradiso is a charming village with unique shapes and colors, cliffs sculpted by the wind, incredibly turquoise sea, Mediterranean vegetation, splendid views over pink and red granite and magical sunsets.
The rocky coves Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti are just in front of the house. It takes just few minutes to the beautiful sandy beach Li Cossi that can be reached via a path surrounded by nature and is 1000 meters far from this holiday house in Sardinia.
The village is equipped with various restaurants, bar, supermarkets, fish shops, pharmacy and medical center.
The Maya center with restaurants and bars, kiosk and small shops can be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes.

Other dream beaches, such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda near Isola Rossa, are in the nearby area of Costa Paradiso and are easily accessible by car. Inflatable boats are hired at the small port of Costa Paradiso, with which you can go to bays accessible only from the sea. There is also a diving center with a diving school.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs
