About this property
La Soliniere, an18th century domain, hidden away in the small village of Bouin.
We are situated 4kms from the historic market town of Chef Boutonne, in the heart of Poitou Charente. The area is surrounded by beautiful sunflower fields and open countryside, an ideal tranquil setting for your holiday.
The gulf stream brings a warm climate to the area all year round and nearly as much sun as the Riviera. Summer is normally the best time for using the pool and sunbathing, with the rest of the seasons being the perfect time for exploring the surrounding countryside and towns.
Our accommodation is arranged around a Charentaise courtyard, set in a parkland of 5 acres with a petite etang carp lake. There are many activities to choose from to allow you to be as active or relaxed, social or private as you wish. These include our tennis court, swimming pool, sun terrace, boules court, etc.
