What a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean, with everything you need and a spacious balcony with an incredible view. Really welcoming host (thank you Eugenia) who was nearby if needed and responded to messages quickly. The apartment is a ten minute downhill walk to the lake front. There is a small well stocked minimarket on the lake front and larger supermarkets a five minute drive away. We loved our stay and spent a lot of time reading in the sunshine on the balcony soaking up the view.

Große Wohnung mit genialer Aussicht!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangene von der Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist super schön und sauber, mit dem großen Balkon hat man eine genialen Aussicht auf den Comersee. Zum See kann man innerhalbvon 10 min runterlaufen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Empfangen wird man von sehr gastfreundlichen Vermietern. Die große Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, an nichts mangelt es, man wird auch auf vielen liebevollen Details der Einrichtung aufmerksam. In den Betten haben wir uns von den täglichen Aktivitäten bestens erholt. Und dann das Frühstück auf dem Balkon oder der abendliche Aufenthalt dort mit einem herrlichen Blick über den See und den Ort, einfach umwerfend. Dazu das Verwöhnangebot der Gastgeber, Gemüse und Gewürze aus dem hauseigenen Garten zu nutzen. Nicht unerwähnt soll der Grillplatz mit dem Essplatz unter der Kiwi-Pergola bleiben sowie das erfrischende Bad im Pool im Garten. Die Uferpromenade mit Restaurants und Eisdielen ist in fußläufiger Reichweite, ebenso lohnt sich ein Spaziergang am See entlang nach Domaso oder Dongo. Besser konnte der Urlaub am Comer See nicht sein, hierher kommt man gern noch einmal wieder. Besten Dank auch hier an Erica und ihre ganze Familie!

Worth it for the view alone. But there was so much more...

From the moment you arrive at this property you are not on holiday. This is probably the first holiday we have taken that didn't feel like one, as you become one of the locals The property was spacious ,well maintained and fully equipped to enable us to have a really relaxing stay. There was a T.V. which was never switched on as we had our view of Lake Como. But what really made our holiday was the warmth and hospitality shown by Erica and her family. They made us feel so welcome without being intrusive. Our little one had full use of their pool and often splashed around with Erica's 2 children. We were given great advise about days out , local attractions and the best places to shop for fantastic Italian food. Not that you needed too much as "Nonna" would often visit us with home cooked Tiramisu , a beautiful apple cake and freshly picked plumb tomatoes from her kitchen garden. Located at the North of Lake Como, our property was perfectly suited for the town of Gravedona which was a lovely 12 minute stroll away, with lovely local restaurants, cafes, ice cream and the Como ferry stop. We also spent an afternoon at the local beach on the lake. By staying at a local property we got great advice on local activities , like mountain hiking, a day trip to Saint Moritz and how to survive a trip to Milan!! Best of all was the local restaurant called Ajo, Erica also called and got lake side reservations for us!! We will definitely be returning to this property and would 100% recommend it if you want the perfect Italian escape.

top locatie, top appartement

Leuke mensen, leuk ontvangst. Top appartement met inderdaad prachtig uitzicht, een aanrader. We komen zeker terug. Goede wifi, prive parkeerplaats, goede bedden, keuken alles erbij. Pizzeria afhaal kortbij, strand iets verder, voor ons met 35 graden te warm om te lopen. Maar voldoende en gratis parkeerplaatsen bij het strand. Leuk dorp, een van de betere plaatsen aan het Como meer. Aanrader, zeker voor het geld.

Excellent Accommodation - Highly Recommended !

We stayed here for one week and found the apartment to be exactly as described and very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony over Lake Como is truly amazing - exactly as shown in the photos. Restaurants, cafes, shops and a supermarket are all within an easy 10/15 minute walking distance. Erica & her lovely family were very kind and most helpful on providing any information which we required. Thank you for your hospitality in welcoming us to your wonderful Gravedona location :)

Einzigartig und sehr nette Vermieterin (würde sofort wiederkommen)

-> Herrlicher, grosser Balkon mit Panoramasicht auf See und Berge -> Frisch renovierte Wohnung mit super Ausstattung (Babyausrüstung wie Babybett/Spielsachen, Küche hatte alles was man benötigt, etc.) -> sehr nette Vermietung (wohnt direkt nebenan) mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge etc. -> zum See / Zentrum zu Fuss nur 10 Minuten -> Würde sofort wiederkommen

Un week-end magnifique

Nous avons passé un petit week-end de 3 jours et cela vaut le détour. L'appartement est très bien et la vue est vraiment magnifique sur la terrasse. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil offert par Eugenia et Erica et tout s'est très bien passé durant le week-end. La région est très belle et les 3 jours furent trop court pour en faire le tour. Nous reviendrons pour continuer à visiter et à profiter du paysage. A bientôt!

Meravigliosa casa vancanza

Abbiamo soggiornato durante le vacanze di Capodanno 2016/2017 per 1 settimana, ed è stato tutto perfetto! La casa spaziosa, funzionale e luminosa con una vista lago meravigliosa, sia dall'ampio terrazzo sia da tutte le altre stanze della casa. Sicuramente consigliata!! Dejlig lejlighed i smukt område

Vi har haft en dejlig ferie ved Como, hos en sød og rar familie. Alt var som det skulle være, og der var ikke en finger at sætte på noget. Dejlig indrettet ferielejlighed til familien, med den mest fantastiske udsigt man kan ønske sig. God service fra familien, og en dejlig adgang til familiens swimmingpool i haven. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet til andre. Familien Jensen

Wonderful place with great hosts

My wife and our twin ten-year old girls stayed here for two nights in June. The apartment is very spacious with a great terrace overlooking Lake Como. What truly stood out, though, was the wonderful hospitality of Erica and her family. They had lots of material about ferries and had even gone out of the way to find a place for us to park overnight when we took the Bernina Express after we left. Best of all was the incredible dinner that Erica's mother (or was it her mother-in-law?), a retired chef, made for us on our last night to eat on the terrace. For a truly reasonable price, we had a delicious home-cooked meal of fresh fish, risotto, salad, and even chicken tenders for the kids (though they actually liked the fish more, which is really saying something!). I would strongly recommend staying here to anyone who wants a little slice of heaven as a base for touring beautiful Lake Como. Don't miss Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo if you come---a beautiful home and gardens right across the lake from Belaggio. We loved Lake Como, Gravedona, and this very special home. Thank you, Erica!

Schöner Familienurlaub in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Gravedona! Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und umsorgt. Unsere Kinder durften in Ihrem Garten spielen und zum Abschluss wurden wir zu einem sehr leckeren landestypischen Essen eingeladen, das frisch für uns zubereitet wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet (besonders für Familien mit Kindern), sehr sauber und hell. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den See. Gravedona ist ein netter Ort mit schönem Zugang zum See, Geschäften und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für weitere Ausflüge. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa deliziosa! Pulita e spaziosa con un panorama mozzafiato sul lago. All'arrivo i proprietari ci hanno accolto con gentilezza, affetto e grande disponibilità. Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und die Aussicht vom riesigen Balkon auf den See und die Berge ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und läd somit auch zum Verweilen in dieser ein. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Unsere Kinder durften den Spielplatz der Vermieter mitnutzen und hatten somit auch sehr viel Spaß. Fazit: Die Wohnung, bzw. das gesamte Anwesen, eignet sich perfekt für den Familienurlaub mit Kindern. Und zwar bei jedem Wetter. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Viele Grüße Tobias S.

Incredible aparment and location

A great apartment, with an exceptional view, extremely clean and within walking distance to everything, the supermarket, pharmacy, shops, lake. It was also very quiet so that made it much more relaxing. From the living room and bedrooms as well as the large balcony we had the most beautiful view of the Lake Como and the mountains. It was breath taking! What can I say about the owners, well, they were exceptional. Very helpful and concerned that our stay was a memorable one . Thank you to the family for a great stay and we hope to be back soon.

Since your stay has occured almost towards the end of Summer we didn't have the chance to offer you a taste of our organic tomatoes and courgettes as they were finished. Anyway we do hope to have managed to give you some local taste through the chestnuts we roasted on the fireplace. We really enjoyed talking with your husband about sky. Superbe

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L'appartement est très bien équipé, la vue est époustouflante et les propriétaires vraiment charmants. L'emplacement est parfait, au calme mais proche du centre de gravedonna et du lac par un petit sentier très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'accueil familiale des propriétaires qui ont su nous mettre très à l'aise. A recommander ☺

Vista mozzafiato

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questo bel paese e in questa bellissima casa. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e adatto anche a un gruppo di amici, la signora Eugenia è molto disponibile e nonostante un inconveniente per le vacanze di capodanno siamo riusciti a restare completamente soddisfatti. La casa dista 10 minuti a piedi dal lungolago e il paese è molto gradevole. Solo la vista che offre la casa vale il prezzo, è proprio come una cartolina.
