Independent house located on Lake Como in Musso ideal for a relaxing holiday and for lake lovers suitable for couples and families. The house is located in the ancient village of Genico reachable only on foot two minutes from the parking lot through characteristic alleys. The terrace offers enchanting views of the lake, sailing boats and kay-surfers add color to the beautiful panorama.
Relaxing walks make you discover natural glimpses of which you will be impressed. The house can comfortably accommodate up to six people. It offers a relaxing atmosphere, lots of light and a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake.
Arranged on two levels, on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom and through a characteristic staircase leads to the upper floor where the living room and kitchen open onto an enchanting view of the lake.
The terrace offers an extraordinary view of the lake and the mountains that surround it.

Kleinod über dem Lago di Como

Wir verbrachten zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Il Terrazzino, einem Kleinod inmitten des Dörfchens Musso, erreichbar über schmale Gässchen, was den ganz besonderen Charme des Häuschens zusätzlich steigert. Ein Willkommensgruß auf dem Balkon und fast alles Notwendige für das erste Frühstück waren von den sehr sympathischen Gastgebern liebevoll vorbereitet. Die sehr saubere Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Internet. An strahlenden Oktobertagen genossen wir die grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon über den See zu den nahen Bergen des Engadins und Veltlins, die bereits mit Schnee überzuckert waren. Abends entstanden in der gut ausgestatteten Küche Leckereien, wie Osso Bucco, Saltimbocca alla romana, Toskanische Hackfleischsuppe und allerlei Fischgerichte mit Fisch direkt aus dem See. Vom Haus aus erreicht man über einen kurzen Steig das Kirchlein Santa Eufemia und den frei zugänglichen Giardino del Merlo. Auch hier bietet sich eine grandiose Aussicht über den See. Radtouren über sehr aufwändig angelegte Wege direkt am Lago entlang, Besuche der Villen Carlotta und del Balbianello, der Städtchen Morbegno, Correnno Plinio, Bellano, und Lecco, sowie des großen Einkaufszentrums Fuentes machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergleichlich schönen Erlebnis! Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich, man kann sich nur wohlfühlen dort. Alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft!!!! Es liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns in das Haus und in diese Landschaft dort verliebt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin reisen. Es ist unbeschreiblich schön und es fehlt an nichts.

Fantastisch! Prachtige woning en locatie

Zeer goed verblijf, prachtig uitzicht en mooi terrasje met goed uitgeruste en moderne keuken en slaap/badkamers. Inrichting erg smaakvol. Slaapkamers beneden relatief koel en aangenaam. Locatie echt Italiaans en heel rustig. Carlo en Laura zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer aan te raden en wij zullen zeker terugkomen.

Tolle Ausicht über den Comer See, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.Das Haus ist zwar alt aber die Wohnung sehr sauber. Ein bißchen schwer zu erreichen nichts für Übergewichtige und Gehbehinderte, aber es waren shr schöne Tage.

Ein kleines Stück vom italienischen Glück

Wir haben die Zeit in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort beim Betreten des Hauses, dass Laura und Carlo ein gutes Gespür für eine geschmackvolle Gestaltung und Einrichtung besitzen. Allein der herzliche Empfang durch Laura spricht für sich und man fühlt sich gleich Willkommen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Den fantastischen Blick von der Dachterrasse des Hauses haben wir jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen. Dank der vielen Tipps durch die Gastgeberin und das umfangreiche Material im Haus haben wir uns die Umgebung von Musso zu Fuß, per Rad, mit dem Auto oder der Fähre erschlossen. Für uns war es erholsam, dass Musso selber ein beschaulicher und eher ruhigerer Ort fernab vom großen Touristentrubel ist. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in "Il Terrazzino" uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an Laura und Carlo!

Stilvolle Unterkunft in dörflichem Ambiente

Geschmackvoll renoviertes,kleines Haus in einer engen Dorfgasse.Sehr ruhig gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf See und Berge. Parkplätze verfügbar, der Strasse ober- oder unterhalb des kleinen Ortsteils am Berg, was für die Gegend keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.Sehr freundliche Vermieter.Bei Anreise am Samstag Versorgung mit den nötigsten Lebensmitteln für Sonntagmorgen.Eine Bleibe zum Wohlfühlen.

Just wonderful

I can only recommend to stay in Carlo's and Laura's house - it was wonderful! The location makes you feel like you are living in Italy, part of a small town, not being on vacation. The view on the lake is stunning. And the interior of the house is so special, with so many attention to details, that you will feel like home. On top, the welcome of Carlos was very warm, he explained a lot to us and they even provided some food essentials upon arrival. Laura and Carlo were always available for questions. I can just say we had a wonderful time - thank you !

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Comer See ist einfach atemberaubend. Carlo hat und am ersten Tag sehr freundlich empfangen und uns viele wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir haben viel erkunden können,der Ort Musso ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Unternehmungen.

Alles sehr schön. Vermieter sehr nett, Sprechen sehr gut deutsch, alles super sauber, sehr wohlfühlgarantie!!, Aussicht vom Balkon superschön. Ausstattung, alles da!! Sehr zum Empfehlen. Parkplatz auch mit gr. Auto machbar.

wunderschön und mittendrin

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil, das toll ausgestattet und eingerichtet ist. Man fühlt sich mitten im dörflichen Leben angekommen. Die Nachbarn, so man sie sieht / trifft sind sehr nett. Die Parkpkatzgarantie ist stark abhängig von der Uhrzeit...ab ab 18 Uhr mussten wir weiter weg parken.

Beautifully modernised interior of a traditional lake side property with a lovely view

The Deck House is set at the quieter end of Lake Como. Everything you need during your stay is within a 15min drive. Lovely lakeside walk 5 mins from the house. Interior is beautifully modern whilst maintaining the traditional feel of original lakeside property. Outdoor terrace is small but well located and private capturing afternoon sun
