Charming Old Farmhouse with pool vacation rental, 13km from the coast and from the white beach of Torre Guaceto.

The property has two independent apartments, finely restored, preserving and enhancing the traditional standard of the Apulian Farms; every single room is tastefully furnished with care.

In the first large apartment, recovered from the old stables of the Farm, the space is developed in a single large room: large living room with kitchen in alcove, sleeping area with double bed, sofa/double bed, large bathroom with shower and tub set in an alcove.

The second apartment, adjacent to the first, is more discreet and collected: living / sleeping area with quee bed, kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower.

Large yard with outdoor swimming pool, outside kitchen and barbecue. Outdoor shower facility.

Belle villa très bien équipée. bien située pour rayonner dans la région des Pouilles. Mina et Andrea sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Apulia rentals nous ont aidé pour certaines réservations d'activités et même appelé un restaurant où on avait oublié un appareil photo. très bon service !

Een heerlijke plek, goed verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne buitenkeuken, heerlijk zwembad en buiten genoeg plekjes met veel parasollen, dus je kunt altijd schaduw opzoeken. Aardige en gastvrije eigenaar. Dichtbij dorpjes San Michele Salentino en Ostuni. Veel privacy is fijn.

La Casale Citrignano est superbe , très bien équipée et idéalement située, à 12 minutes en voiture du centre historique d’Ostuni, à 1h20 de Bari où se trouve l’aéroport et à 1h30 environ de Lecce , à la pointe du talon de la botte italienne, pour les villes les plus éloignés. Sinon comptez environ 30 à 40 min pour rejoindre les villes les plus proches à visiter. L’endroit est sublime, Mina et Andrea nous ont vraiment bien reçu ! Tout est irréprochable: la maison sent très bon, tout est très propre et les équipements ne manquent pas (piscine, lave linge, bouilloire, toaster etc.) Merci encore à tous les deux pour cette superbe semaine que nous avons passé en famille. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
