What a wonderful property! Quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of the town center. Plenty of close options for food or groceries. The property was clean and well appointed. Silvia was an amazing host and very helpful!

Great stay at Bologna

We had a great time at the apartment. Everything you might need was there and it was very spacious. We were especially happy about the air-conditioned bed rooms.

Very nice appartment

We really liked the place, clean and comfortable. It is not too far from the center (walking distance) and you can hire bikes everywere if you want to go back and forth

Exceptional property

We enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. It has been tastefully renovated; everything is in its place and is of excellent quality. We enjoyed the kitchen/sitting area setup - especially the variety of snacks and tea and coffee. Having a washing machine is a bonus. Just be aware that your clothes must air dry. Communication with the property manager was exceptional and we felt well looked after during our stay.

Great appartment, great area, amazing Silvia hosting us

Great appartment in a nice and quiet area close to Bologna city center. It was really clean and comfortable. All renewed. Nice terraces. Silvia was really kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to arrange everything direclty with her. We found there all that we were looking for. Easy to booking, easy check-in.

Cool, quiet Bologna

sounds like a contradiction in terms but this apt. in a leafy street just a 25 min. walk from the centre is just that. nice cool, balcony, birds in the morning and quiet quiet. away from the hustle bustle but also close enough...

Best Stay in Bologna

If you want a perfect apartment in a quiet area but still near the centre in Bologna, you need to stay here. It was a really pretty and big apartment. It had everything you needed, like everything for the Kitchen and bathroom. Even iron and washingmaschine. It had a small Balcony and also a really nice smart tv in the living room. It was a 30 min walking Distance to the centre which was totally fine. Supermarket 5 min and everything you need. Also Silvia and her Aunt where really nice, the communication was really good and easy. Whatever you need we could text her. So thank you so so so so much for the stay. Highly recommend!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt nah am Zentrum und dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin Silvia war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr geholfen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und haben immer in der Straße einen Parkplatz gefunden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Highly recommend

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. The shower was great. The apartment is a pleasant 20 minute walk into the centre, passing one of the ancient gates to the city and walking along one of Bologna's famous porticos. Alternatively, buses are frequent and take 10 minutes for 2 euros. The area felt safe. The owner was communicative, pleasant, helpful and thorough. Highly recommend

Bologna

Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig für einen Besuch in Bologna gelegen. Die Lage ist zentral aber auch sehr ruhig. Busverbindungen sind in der Nähe. Zu Fuss sind es etwa 25 Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Bei hohen Temperaturen im Sommer waren wir für die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern sehr dankbar. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war.

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e silenzioso e soprattutto con cucina super attrezzata con forno lavastoviglie e lavatrice (meglio di casa propria) Vicinissimo al centro e ben servito entrata indipendente con piccolo giardino e 2 comode camere matrimoniali ne fanno una location perfetta per poter visitare al meglio Bologna e dintorni . Wunderschöne freundliche, gehobene Wohnung

Neue wunderschöne Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts. Liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten, komplette Küche mit Kaffeemaschine. Tolles flair, alles sauber und gehobene Ausstattung. Gerne wieder. Eine erholsame Zeit. Wie im Hotel. Vielen Dank!
