A beautiful stylish one-bedroom villa with a private pool. It is situated within walking distance of Kalkan town centre with its shops, cafes, and restaurants and provides a great place to relax and sun soak. The first floor of the building comprises the master bedroom with a jacuzzi bath and ensuite shower and toilet. The roof terrace has a lounge area. Outside there is plenty of space for relaxing, eating, and a foosball table for some competitive fun.
