The apartment, located on the ground floor of a stately Sevillian courtyard house, has a floor area of 75 m2 and consists of an open-concept space that includes the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room—all separated by decorative movable screens. It also features a separate bedroom and bathroom, as well as a private patio, ideal for enjoying breakfasts, dinners, and snacks in a cosy setting.
Access from the street to the apartment is direct via a covered walkway and a foyer; the difference in level between the apartment and the street is bridged by two steps, making it ideal for older guests.
The living room features: a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a closet, a desk, a TV stand, and two rocking chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, mini-oven, washing machine, refrigerator, and all the kitchenware needed for a pleasant stay. It also features a large dining table with four chairs.
The apartment also has Wi-Fi, a TV, and heating and cooling.
