Upon entering, you step directly into the living room—a spacious and very bright area with a comfortable sofa corner, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen blends harmoniously with the living room, separated by a small step. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare any meal, and it also features a dining area that can seat up to seven people.
On this same floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed, a private balcony, and a full en-suite bathroom, along with an additional guest toilet for extra convenience.
Upstairs, there is an open-plan area with a second bed and direct access to a spectacular private terrace, divided into three spaces: a pool area with sun loungers, a chill-out area perfect for drinks or a casual dinner, and a dining area with a table and chairs for eight guests. Open all year round.

The Arenal neighborhood is one of the most important and beautiful areas in Seville’s historic center. It is home to iconic landmarks such as the Torre del Oro, and is separated from the Santa Cruz neighborhood by the magnificent Cathedral. This area is well known for its wide variety of tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and small local craft shops. It is easily accessible by public transport and car, with three public parking lots nearby.

We loved the location being close to old town attractions as well as a great neighborhood with everything you’d need from groceries to wine and all kinds of food options. The apartment was clean and equipped for meals and relaxing in the deck. There were a few loose boards and a couple of dead plants on the deck but overall the views of the cathedral and listening to the bells overcame those issues.

A stylish apartment that really is ideally located, close to the cathedral and only a short walk to the Triana neighborhood. The immediate vicinity is filled with restaurants and tapas bars yet is not at all touristy. Lovely space, well-appointed. Large roof terrace with a separate cooking area and refrigerator. Highly recommended. Excellent communications and genuinely warm welcome.

Well located but not as modern as shown on the pictures
The apartment is big and confortable, perfectly located to visit Sevilla. However we were a bit disappointed. A few renovation works are needed in the bathroom. There was no tea towel in the kitchen. Just a few glasses. There were traces of water on the walls in the stairs. On the terrace, sun beds covers were not clean and beach umbrellas were broken. The water of the small pool did not look clean either. That said, many good things : air conditioning works perfectly and there are lots of domestic appliances.

Great location for this apartment. Everything is closed. We did not use the pool but should be a real plus during the hot season. Communication with geentelhome was excellent and they are really professionnal to find solution if necessary.

Excellent Seville Location and Beautiful Modern Apartment
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this modern and update apartment in El Arenal. It was very clean, well taken care of, and fully update. It is in walking distance of most everything, and less than a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral. The host was professional, on time, and offer great local restaurant suggestions. The private roof top pool was a treat in the hot weather of Seville. We would absstay here again. Thank you Genteel Homes.
