The Real de la Carretería flat is unique both for its location and its design.

We enter the flat through the living room, where we find a very luminous sofa area, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is open to it. Both spaces are divided by a step. In the kitchen we can find the most modern elements to prepare any dish you need. It also has a dining area for up to seven people.

On this same floor is the bedroom with double bed and complete bathroom en suite and a small toilet.

Going up the stairs we access an open space where the second bed is located.


The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
