Designed in the style of the area’s traditional houses, it boasts stunning views that can be fully appreciated from the terrace. With a pleasant layout, cheerful yet elegant décor, and a spacious, well-equipped garden, it is ideal for families with children. For added comfort, the villa has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.

Cot and high chair included; extra games €5/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom essentials are not provided.

With a comfortable layout, cheerful and stylish décor, and a large, well-equipped grounds, it is an ideal choice for a family with children.

A short walk from the beautiful Binibeca beach and also very close to the iconic Fishermen’s Village, with supermarkets and restaurants/bars just a 5-minute walk away, the wonderful surroundings offer pleasant seaside strolls and spots for swimming in the turquoise waters.

Accessibility: Single-storey building with no architectural barriers; access to the pool area via a few steps, and to the sun terrace via a staircase. Easy access to the beach and local amenities.

Car: Not required.

Please note that some of the furniture, décor or elements such as the flooring or tiles may be replaced each season to enhance the guest experience without altering the functionality of the villa.

Necesita una renovación pero excelente ubicacion

Lo mejor fue la piscina y las personas que nos atendieron(Amanda) muy eficiente. La casa era vieja sobre todo el olor de los armarios que olian a pies. y los cuartos de baño muy justos. La tuberia del fregadero tenia un atasco en la parte del codo de la tuberia que debia venir de tiempo atras.

Designed in the style of the traditional houses found in the area, it boasts of beautiful views which may be fully appreciated from the sun terrace. Pleasantly laid out, cheerfully and stylishly decorated, and boasting of a large, well-equipped terrain, it is ideal for families with children.

BINI ALANA features 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin) with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with a bath, and one with a shower), and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, with access to the terrace. The large covered terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture and a brick barbeque, is the ideal place to enjoy family meals and for relaxing during the long, lazy summer days, with beautiful views to the sea. Climbing up a few steps, you will have access to the fenced-in pool and sun terrace, surrounded by 1,000 m2 of terrain, which are very private and completely closed off -the ideal place to run and play. The facilities available include a lovely children's play area (complete with slide and swings) as well as a second covered terrace with a ping-pong table, what makes this villa ideal for families with young children. The beautiful, panoramic sea-views, which may be enjoyed from the roof terrace only add to the beauty of the villa.The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. This may be increased to 7 by adding a cot or extra bed (an extra charge will apply).

Binibeca's beautiful beach, and the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores, are both a few minutes' walk away. Five minutes away from the villa, there are 2 supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The wonderful environment offer pleasant walks by the sea, and platforms to swim in its turquoise waters.
