We welcome guests during certain periods of the year when we travel to see our family in the USA. Our home is in an exclusive area in the south of Menorca, enjoying perfect views overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean . We do not rent our beautiful villa through an agency. Needless to say our excellently maintained home is ideal for your family holiday. Our wonderful home is modern, comfortable, spacious & south facing in one of the best locations in Menorca. It's open design living areas, on one floor mean it is accessible for youngsters and the more mature! The wide covered veranda offers peace, relaxation and the most wonderful sea views. The gated, landscaped garden with its well groomed lawn surrounds an 8 m2 private pool with roman steps surrounded by a large sun terrace ideal for sunbathing whilst keeping an eye on young swimmers. The covered porch also offers guests the opportunity to enjoy delicious meals cooked on the large built-in BBQ, the perfect opportunity to sample locally sourced fresh fish and other fresh produce. On those occasions our guests prefer to dine away, there are a surprising number of stellar local restaurants. We provide our guests with a high speed internet, satellite TV, A/C and heating throughout the villa, dehumidifier, security shutters, & travel safe for use during your stay. If you are traveling with young children we provide a cot, highchair, baby bath free of charge for your stay.
A family friendly beach is just 5 minutes stroll along a flat path. Convenience stores, a lovely local bakery and coffee shop as well as other services can all be found nearby. Our villa is gated, in an exclusive area, set back from a very quiet road with parking for your car inside. To ensure family comfort the villa includes oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate laundry room. Our home is furnished to the highest standard throughout with bed linens and towels included. Guests are welcome to make use of the Wii, pool table, children's toys, books & DVD,s during their stay.

Perfect in every way!

Everything about the villa was absolutely perfect for us. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, bars, the beach and supermarket. Have to also mention the lovely bakery!!! We didn't want for anything in the villa, great provisions, beautiful outside terrace and pool area. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Laurel and Jacqueline!

Superb Villa in great location with splendid views

The Villa is excellent. Spacious, well equipped and ideal for a family break. Lovely quiet location and only 5 minutes walk to local shops, restaurants, bakery etc. Great pool, BBQ and idyllic views over the med and all the way to Majorca in the distance. Hope to return again!!

Fantastic holiday

Excellent Villa

Really fantastic stay at the villa. The pool area and terrace really are fabulous. The pool table and ability to connect to the TV to watch Netflix etc, was a great addition. It’s a really good base if you have a car, but there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Also a great little supermarket and bakery. Binibeca beach also excellent. Would happily return.

A fab stay

We booked this property knowing this area, so we knew it would be a great location. But the whole place was even better than we’d anticipated. The owners, Laurel and Jacqueline, couldn’t do enough for us without being overbearing, and the house was very well looked after. I always look for a good kitchen and bathrooms, which this property has. Lovely big rooms, plenty of space, air-con was very modern and worked well. All in all one of the best places we’ve stayed. Kids loved it, and the big kids!

Lovely, spacious villa, beautifully located in a whisper quiet spot just minutes from the restaurants and superb bakery of Cala Torret. Capped off with a sparkling, super-clean pool.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with just one disappointment; the hedge in front of the terrace has grown far higher than shown on the photos, which meant that it was not possible to enjoy the idyllic views over the blue Mediterranean while relaxing there. Easy to put right, and that would definitely make it a 5 star experience.

The best equipped villa we have ever stayed in- easy to book and good communication with the owners Jacqueline and Laurel. Excellent kitchen and living area, 2 large fridge freezers, lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses. Very comfortable beds, 2 towels per person. Bathrooms/ showers great. Beautiful views of the sea from the veranda, framed by very pretty bougainvillea, shade when you want it. Weather was lovely 28-35 degrees, but also nice breeze. Grateful to be in Menorca avoiding the extreme heat in other parts of Europe. Family enjoyed the pool table. Fabulous pool, lots of loungers. Easy 10 minute walk to good choice of restaurants along sea front and small supermarket. We had hired a car so could explore the beautiful island of Menorca; too many stunning beaches to get to them all, pretty harbours, enjoyed boat trip and water taxi- sadly the week went too quickly and was not long enough.

A lovely family week in a beautiful villa

The villa is in a great position and is beautiful appointed throughout. We had a slight issue with the air con as only 1 of the 2 units was working. This is the only reason I marked down the accuracy of the listing as we weren’t made aware of this when we booked. Not that big of an issue overall. The hosts were very accommodating letting us have an early check in and any queries I had were answered promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here!

Rooms with a view!

Would highly recommend this villa. Excellent location with absolutely stunning views- can happily while away the hours sitting on the patio watching the boats sail past! Very well equipped, spotlessly clean - probably the best villa we have stayed in in Menorca. Owners are very proactive and easily contactable. Lived up to expectations.

Lovely house with mod cons (incl air conditioning, thank you) and a spectacular view. We all enjoyed the pool and meals out on the pretty covered veranda. Short walk to our favourite spots for swimming around the rocks and the village of Cala Torret.

Our week in the villa

It’s a lovely villa and very well equipped. Pool is great too. Gardiner/pool man was very pleasant. Neighbours were very noisy but not the fault of the villa. We were able to stay longer as we had a young baby and a late flight. That was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. The area was quiet and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Beaches are a drive away but rock platform for snorkelling and jumping only a short walk. Great pool - perfect for the children

Why they chose this property

We chose this exclusive location for the stunning seaviews, the beautiful sunsets, peace and privacy. We rate highly the proximity to the beach and port for sunny days when we sail around the island in a typical Menorquine Llaut. We enjoy easy access to Mahon, Ferreries and Ciutadella for shopping, local festivals. We are lucky to have some great restaurants in the surrounding area and happy to give guests our personal recommendations.

What makes this property unique

This is our main home and not a rental villa, we want our guests to enjoy the maximum comfort that we expect whilst on holiday. We offer a unique owner to guest contact number to solve any issues that might occur as quickly as possible. We dehumidify & de-ant our property as well as replace linens, towels & kitchenware regularly.
* Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have introduced a deep cleaning protocol , meaning we desinfect and sanitize all hard surfaces, linens and towels between bookings. Currently the Balearic Islands requires a negative PCR result within 72 hours of arrival. Please contact us for any questions you may have regarding these requirements.
