Fantastic country house of recent construction, surrounded by nature and privacy. The house has an area of ​​200 square meters and is distributed over two floors; It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, two with single beds, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and two bathrooms, one on each floor. The house is fully equipped with appliances and quality furniture. Outside there is a porch with an outdoor sofa ideal for reading and resting, heated pool, gardens with more than 1000m2 of grass, ideal for children, pergola and barbecue, wooded areas of ullastres (typical Menorcan olive tree) to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the area.

Everyone had a fantastic time, villa was perfect, heated pool and facilities can't be faulted. Location ideal for exploring the island. Just be careful on arrival as the road to access the villa is narrow off the main road.

Beautiful countryside home

We really enjoyed our stay in this stunning house. Lovely quiet location. Fantastic grounds and pool. Lots of outside areas to sit. We couldn’t fault it and would happily stay there again. Location was great with easy access on to Me 1 for visiting the stunning beaches and resorts scattered around the island.

nice villa, well located, we had a great time in this house, around the swimming pool, in the big garden. We loved staying at home and go to severals beaches which are nearby. After a good time at the beach you will like chilling at the swimming pool. The house is big and well equipped. Tv, air cond, wifi... you will find all you need to spend some good and relaxing holidays. I highly recommend this house to enjoy your stay at Menorca.

Beautiful house in a tranquil setting.

The property is located inland towards the centre of the island. This makes it ideal for reaching all parts of the island easily by car. The property itself has good sized bedrooms, lounge/dining areas and a wonderful outside space including heated pool, outside kitchen with covered seating and barbecue area. Thanks to Nacho and Sonia for allowing an early check in and for being available in case of any problems. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Wonderful villa

Just returned from a fabulous 11 days stay at Sa Vinya. The villa has everything you need and we were shown around by Sonia who was on hand if we needed anything.. As a family of six there was plenty of space from the lounge with lovely views over the garden and pool, the terrace for a sun drenched breakfast and a lovely shaded seating area to cool off from the midday sun. The outside area is huge with a pool area, bbq area and large lawn. The pictures don't do the villa justice. The location of Sa Vinya is perfect, central to the island only 20 mins from the airport and most places only an easy 15 minutes drive away, Ciutadella is only 30 mins away. Everything you could possibly want has been thought of and is provided to a high standard. A truly lovely villa and one that we all would recommend, thank you, we can't wait to come back.

Perfect!

We, as two families with kids, loved our stay here. Communication and arrival was great, even though our flight was delayed. The property was clean, fresh flowers left out, air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge, good amount of kitchen equipment, perfect temperature swimming pool with outside shower, (not fenced off so make sure kids are obedient, supervised or confident swimmers!) , really big garden for some Frisbee throwing (and a tortoise!) outside kitchen with bbq great for evening meals. Furnishings all really good quality and tv with English options for the kids when they were exhausted! The area is not on the coast, but being in the middle of the island worked well for us, as you can get to nearly any beach on the island in 30 minutes, so got to explore lots of different beaches rather than staying at one. Highly recommended. Perfect holiday. Lovely host. Thank you!

Lovely spacious villa

The villa was actually 'upside down' and spacious comprising of two double rooms and bathroom at ground level. Two bedrooms, sitting room bathroom upstairs with a kitchen and doors onto a balcony with table and chairs to eat. Great swimming pool and lawn area. Only sad thing is you can hear the continual hum of traffic from a very busy road nearby and dogs barking but the air conditioning in all bedrooms alleviates the noise at night. We felt the kitchen was very sparse with only one meals crockery and cutlery provided which meant the dishwasher was on all the time. Great BBQ area with an outdoor kitchen area but would have been nice to have crockery and glasses down there rather than have to bring it all downstairs from kitchen. A really great villla but with a few things added could be even better. Good location and able to reach all areas of the island easily.

Een heerlijk huis met een prachtige tuin

Het huis is heel netjes en schoon. De tuin is groot en privé. Overal zijn zitjes, zodat voor elk moment van de dag, er een goede plek is om te zitten. Het zwembad is heerlijk verwarmd. De schildpadden lopen door de tuin en in de avond hoor je de uilen. Erg gaaf! Van de aardige buurman kregen we citroenen uit zijn tuin. En ook de buiten BBQ is perfect met een koelkast voor een koud drankje. Eén echte aanrader met een centrale ligging!

Wunderschöne Finca mitten in Menorca

Tolle Woche auf Menorca in dieser traumhaft schönen, top gepflegten Finca! Wunderschönes Anwesen mit verschiedenen Plätzchen zum Entspannen oder Zusammenkommen in größerer Runde. Ausstattung auf sehr hohem Niveau und tolle Betreuung durch Agentur. Kommen gern wieder!

Fun family time

We loved our stay at Sa Vinya, it was a great location, which was ideal for exploring the rest of the island of Menorca. Our grandchildren loved coming back to the pool after a morning on the beach, and the whole two weeks was a great getaway for all of us.

Prachtige en ruime woning op prima locatie om Menorca te verkennen

Erg mooie woning met heel veel privacy. Woning en perceel zijn ruim bemeten en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad is super. Stranden zijn op 15 minuten tot 30 minuten afstand. Zowel Mahon als Ciutadella binnen 30 minuten. Super locatie voor mensen die niet alleen zee en strand willen zien.

A Menorcan country home with flair!

We stayed in this beautiful house for ten days with three children and three adults. We arrived frazzled from the journey from Germany and immediately felt at home. The house is beautifully decorated and styled with generous sized double bedrooms. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cater for cooking. We are more for cooking oursleves rather than going out for food. The living room was great for chilling, reading or just relaxing. The outdoor terrace was spacious and it was wonderful to eat breakfast out there in the morning. The outdoor space around the house was fantastic for the children, a large warm pool, beautiful gardens to relax in and an outdoor grill and kitchen which was great for us all to socialise, play games and BBQ in the evening. There was such a fantastic feeling of peace and space here. Not something that happens all the time in life. We felt very much at home here. We went to a different beach every morning and then returned to the pool in the afternoon. There are so many beautiful beaches nearby , 10-15 min drive away. It was a fantastic holiday and we will definately be back. This house has really everything you could want from a holiday home.

Tolles Haus und sehr schöne Gartenanlage

Das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil für Familien. Der Ort liegt gut in der Mitte der Insel. Der Pool ist sehr schön im Garten gelegen. Das Haus fasst sehr großzügig über zwei Etagen 8 Personen. Sehr schön sind die beiden Essplätze auf der Terrasse und beim Grill. Die Insel mit ihren vielen Stränden ist ein Traum.

Schönes Haus für grosse Familien

Das Haus ist ideal gelegen. Die Strände der Insel lassen sich von hier mit dem Auto gut erkunden (nahe an der Hauptstrasse). Wir waren 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und das Haus war dafür perfekt. Vor allem der grosse Garten und der Pool wurde von uns viel genutzt und wir genossen die Ruhe während der Sommerferien. Ich kann das Haus für grosse Familien oder 2 Familien (max. 8 Personen) sehr empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden
