This modern villa is situated within a quiet residential area, whit air-conditioned, the villa situated on the outskirts of the popular resort of Punta Prima. Less than 5 minutes walk takes you to the beach and bar / restaurants. Ideal for a family holiday, the villa is private and comfortable. The villa is ligth, airy and is well equipped whit modern furnishings. The living accommodation is all on one level. There is an open-plan air-conditioned living / dining room with large sofa and armchair, wall unit with TV (free-to-view satellite channels), DVD and surround sound; there is a dining table and chairs, and patio doors with access to the pool terrace. You have WiFi for internet. The living room and kitchen overlook the private swimming pool. It has three bedrooms fully equipped with air conditioning. The roof terrace offers great sea views and private sunbathing.

Vacanza relax con tutti i confort.

Ramon ci ha accolti con cortesia e disponibilità, ogni qualvolta gli si presentava un problema si è subito attivato. Il punto forte della casa è la piscina e anche la posizione ottima x esplorare l'isola e le spiagge migliori.

Two weeks in June

A spacious and modern property with great facilities and amenities including American style fridge/freezer, great water pressure to the showers and very good mattresses. Pool was cleaned twice weekly and the water was warm already in June. Pretty garden and there was very good seating on the roof terrace. We enjoyed our stay including using the bar b cue. Transparency regarding the location in the advertising on this site could potentially be strengthened. Ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach, restaurants and local supermarkets was not too taxing. Owner/agent helpful and responded to all communications.
