Welcome to the Villa de Buzay.
The House is in the historic downtown area.
200 m from the market and 7 minutes from the port.
The property comprises six bedrooms at size 160 m², five bathrooms and a heated pool.
Easy access to the island of Ré, chatelaillon and the island of Oleron is possible.
The location of the property allows both rest and tourism.
Thierry in his fifties active in the commercial and innovation field I fell in love with La Rochelle, the historical part, the city center and its shops and especially its marina After some research my choice stopped on an old house relatively abandoned with everything to do again a few hundred meters from the market so nice The project was long and not easy but as a result, the house has grown well and in addition a pool in the city center
