Family house, well located (close to parks and town center 20 minutes on foot, seafront 5 minutes on foot, etc.). Also very close to the Ile de RĂ© (15 minutes by car). House with swimming pool secured by a roller shutter (5mX10m). Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, Tassimo, 2 kettles, induction hob. Also available, washing machine and dryer (in the cellar). Ideal for large families or to spend holidays with several families. 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 upstairs. Garden (approx 600m2) and swimming pool secured by roller shutter.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour , procĂ©dure d’arrivĂ© facile le quartier Ă  premiĂšre vue peu paraĂźtre pas trĂšs engageant mais la maison est trĂšs bien placĂ© pour aller dans le centre-ville Ă  vĂ©lo .la piscine e est de belle dimension et tempĂ©rature parfaite . La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e niveau cuisine c’est agrĂ©able . Nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© savoir qu’il y a ait une chambre communicante.

Großes UND SCHÖNES fERINEHAUS

Das Ferienhaus ist fĂŒr bis zu 12 Erwachsene sehr gut geeignet. Die NĂ€he zur Altstadt von La Rochelle und zur Ile De Re sind prima! Das Haus ist recht hellhörig - die anderen Mitbewohner kann man durch die TĂŒren hören. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genießen können - ein wunderbarer Urlaub im Juli und August 2022! Vielen Dank!

Le soleil pendant l'hiver

TrÚs bon accueil. TrÚs grande maison, idéale pour un séjour en famille nombreuse. Des conditions de cuisine excellente, 2 cuisines entiÚrement équipées. TrÚs agréable d'avoir une salle de bain privative dans chaque chambre, et une excellente literie. Espace de vie collectif spacieux.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon week-end dans cette maison Ă  La Rochelle a l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mon mari. Isabelle est une Hote trĂšs bienveillante, qui va se plier en 4 pour que votre sĂ©jour soit rĂ©ussi. Merci beaucoup encore Ă  elle😊. Bonne qualitĂ© de literie et ses oreillers... au vu du prix pour le week-end, ...Il pourrait Ă©galement Être mis Ă  disposition Un nombre suffisant de transat et des serviettes de piscine. Autre bĂ©mol la piscine Dont nous n’avons pas pu profiter car malgrĂ© une superbe mĂ©tĂ©o Ă  31 degrĂ© la piscine n’était qu’à 20 degrĂ© et Ă  priori pas de possibilitĂ© de la chauffer ! Dommage !

maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bien conçue. On s'y sent bien. Seul "point noir" l'environnement: quartier de barres d'immeubles...trĂšs moches et le stade de rugby en face. Mais honnĂȘtement, nous Ă©tions dans notre "bulle" dans cette superbe maison et cela ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ©, et il n'y a pas eu de match de rugby.

Lovely holiday house near La Rochelle

Comfortably furnished, not far from shops and beaches. Lovely pool & trampoline. It would have been good if there was a large fridge as well as the fridge/freezer as it was difficult to get everything in the fridge for 13 people. Also would have been good to have some empty cupboards in the kitchen to store dry foods...ALL the cupboards were full of baking tins and crockery.

Further from the town and beaches than we thought and set in a 'so-so' neighberhood. Former b and b with the tarrif rates still on the bedroom doors! Next to rugby stadium so wouldn't want to be there on matchdays. Expensive for what it was but we had a good holiday
