🏡 Just a few minutes' walk from Arnérault Beach, our single-story house has an area of 125 m² on a 605 m² property. It includes:
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave) open to a large living and dining room with a TV
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm)
- a bedroom with bunk beds (one 90 cm bed and one 140 cm bed)
- a bathroom (shower and sink)
- a separate toilet
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) with an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) and a TV
- a studio (separate from the house, near the pool) with a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet)
- a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment.

👶 On request, we can provide a cot, bathtub, booster chair and deckchair for babies aged 6 months to 3 years.

🤵 A personalized welcome on-site will provide you with all the necessary information to settle in as soon as you arrive.

🛌 Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee, to be arranged with our butler before your arrival.

🏊‍♀️ The south-facing pool is 9 meters x 4.5 meters (excluding access stairs). It is salt-treated, heated from April to early November, and is checked weekly by qualified personnel. The pool is secured by a rolling cover, and a safety barrier with a gate that makes it inaccessible to young children.

🌴 You will enjoy our fully enclosed property with a landscaped and quiet garden by the pool. You will have a terrace with an awning for shade during the day and LED lighting for your evenings by the pool. Sun loungers, deck chairs, and a barbecue are also available.

🏖️ Our property is close to Arnérault Beach, the harbor, shops, and the village center with its medieval market open daily in high season.

📶 Fiber optic internet WIFI connection available.

🏓 For entertainment, a ping-pong table, books, board games, and pool games are available.

🚗 You can park a vehicle inside the property, sheltered by an awning.

Excellent stay, as always!

Our second stay at this villa was nice and relaxing. We fell into island-life pretty quickly and enjoyed the pool during the hot summer days. Nothing on the island is too far away and both the town, beaches and supermarkets are easily accessible. The location is ideal, thanks again for a great stay!

Fabulous house, facilities and location

We had a most wonderful stay at this beautiful well equipped house. I hadn’t realised the 4th bedroom is actually in a self contained separate pool house with en-suite bathroom which was just perfect for my parents. Only suggestion would be to put a TV in there if possible. The kitchen was really well equipped and like a home from home. The living room and dining area was spacious and comfortable. The garden with pool area was brilliant - I actually think the photos on the VRBO site don’t do the house justice as it was such a welcome surprise just what a lovely place this is. The location is superb. Walking/cycling distance to La Flotte harbour for restaurants and bars, the supermarket and the lovely Sandy beach. We absolutely would come back to La Flotte and to this fabulous house.

Lovely accommodation in great location

Great location a short walk to the town centre and beach, plus easy waking distance to the Intermarché supermarket and quick access to the bike trails. We hired bikes and we didn’t move the car all week. The property is very well equipped and has a nice pool and outside area. 2 bedrooms are next to each other and share a really nice bathroom, then the other is en suite and on the other side of the living space. The en suite is a bit dated which is the only negative, the rest is lovely. The separate accommodation also very nice - this has fly screens for the windows so was the most comfortable accommodation as the windows could be left open at night to cool down without being bothered by mosquitoes. Easy communication with the manager so arriving and leaving was very easy. Note the bedding and towels are at an extra charge to be paid in cash locally - it does say this on the listing but for reference it was about 200euros for a week. Would definitely stay here again if we came back.
